Zoundz[zaundz], INTERJECTION: Used to express anger, surprise, or indignation. Started by bassist Wil and Guitarist Frankie, the name of ZoundZ was originally "Sounds". This changed when Frankie’s brother Ray (Momo) joined as a drummer then Ivan joined as vocal. The final lineup was completed when a year later Chung became ZoundZ 2nd guitarist. Although their songs contain minimal complexity and repetitive riffs on base, ZoundZ are very concerned about song structure and the overall emotions created by the trilogy of "Dynamism, Growth and Trend" that mould the form of the songs. ZoundZ believes that "Power, Material and Sex" can change a lot of things. As Frankie says: "It’s not just that we hate it or we love it, but we believe these three things are the most vital elements creating the world today. Most of our songs concern these 3 themes; their bright side and dark side. From these ideas the songs also extend into other contrasting issues. Together they represent the dynamic energy of our songs." ZoundZ music is aggressive, because as the world gets darker, as much as possible they have to Zound what they hate.
