I've made love on Mercury with Venus and Mars, my lust for war resonated by the stars...

About Me

First off, I know enough HTML to NOT use Thomas' Myspace Editor. Don't be nubz. Learn something.
I can be compassionate, helpful, and ruthless.
I'm looking for two things in people:
The complete willingness to be able to bet it all on the fall of the cards, a toss of the dice, a swing of your own fist,
AND the complete willingness to get back up after losing it all on the fall of the cards, a toss of the dice, a swing of your own fist, and start over without even batting an eye, without licking your wounds, and without telling a soul.
When you can do this, you can do anything.
Given the chance, would you accept unparalleled, limitless, and everlasting pain and suffering in exchange for unparalleled, limitless, and everlasting power?
Patience.
Patience is not sloth
It is only the waiting
Swift action, always

"I asked if Tyler was an artist. Tyler shrugged and showed me how the five standing logs were wider at the base. Tyler showed me the line he'd drawn in the sand, and how he'd use the line to gauge the shadow cast by each log... What Tyler had created was the shadow of a giant hand. Only now the fingers were Nosferatu-long and the thumb was too short, but he said how at exactly four-thirty the hand was perfect. The giant shadow hand was perfect for one minute, and for one perfect minute Tyler had sat in the palm of perfection he'd created himself... One minute was enough, Tyler said, a person had to work hard for it, but a minute of perfection was worth the effort. A moment was the most you could ever expect from perfection."
"Every once in a while, you got to do something that might not exactly agree with your principles. Basically, you have to forget you got any."

"If I had it all to do over again,
I'd just get myself drunk and I'd jump right back in"

Know thy friends, and know thy enemies... but most importantly, know thyself, for you are simultaneously your own best friend, and your own worst enemy.

My Blog

The epic hero, the tale of a preacher, and my tragic life.

War Games (sorta profound in a sorta sorta way)

(I encourage people to reply to this... I never assume I'm right, and do enjoy discussion) So yesterday, I watched War Games for the first time. And it was an 80's, more Hollywood version of Dr. Stra...
