My name is John Henry Soto and I'm an actor and have been in over 30 different projects in 2007 and 2008 including Broadway Bound and En Route which were in the Asian American film festival and the New Film Makers festival. I would like to tell you a little about myself. I have always wanted to study acting. My acting coach has encouraged my desire to be a professional actor. I have enjoyed quick success by auditioning in February 2007 and landing over 30 roles since. I’ve played many different types of characters and have enjoyed every minute of the experience.I grew up in the South Bronx during the 70s and 80s so I understand the importance of community, teamwork and how a neighborhood can be destroyed if the people do not get involved and work together for real solutions. I use my past knowledge to create the best work I can and to assist the production.I began to write songs and play guitar at the age of 10 and six years ago I started a rock and roll band to raise the awareness level of teens and adults in communities around the city.
