My parents met on a SF cable car. I grew up there, hitched up & down the West Coast and would kill my daughter if she did it, moved to NYC when I was 21 but still had wanderlust so left Reagan's America for London because it sure looked cool in photos...! But the limeys were snotty so caught up w/ a friend in Deutschland & alighted in Berlin until an invitation to Amsterdam brought me here unwittingly on the Queen's b-day...if you know Amsterdam on April 30 you know that means MAYHEM!! Drunken people (well, men) pissing up against the palace, glass & orange streamers & the orphaned stuff people had been selling...! Nonetheless this is a good place to raise a kid so that's what I did (see pic)...they don't seem to get kidnapped by aliens too much here.Sadly, I'm feeling lately like I should return to the US because it could use some intelligent world citizens...they shouldn't all huff off out of annoyance over matters like possibly stolen presidentship...
