The M Gees Crew.

The M Gees were formed September of 07. Tyler Gross, Stian Storgaard, Addison Wheeler, and Dustin Owens got together to practice an OK GO dance for Mr. Grandview. Soon realizing that much more could come out of this opportunity. They all found inspiration through "make an a" by: right side of the tree. They felt as if we could easily do that, so the idea spurred. That night was the birth of the M Gees. They all sat down and starting writing lyrics for the hit song "This Is What We Got." Their motive was to find a beat that everybody knew, and to make a song that represented Grandview High School. Later tha week, the song was put together. September 25th rolled around, and it was time for Mr. Grandview. They delivered something fresh to Grandview, a hip hop act that people can relate to. The lyrics described Grandview perfectly, and the beat was undeniable to most. The M Gees soon realized that developing a fan base was a necessity. Homecoming came and they managed to get "This Is What We Got" played. Striving for more, the M Gees continue to work hard on representing Grandview with a new form of music. There are multiple rock groups, but the M Gees focus on bringing a hip hop flavor to their High School. The group is ready to start making cds with music on them and shirts are available! Contact us!
