Minas Jazz Quintett

Minas Jazz Quintett (gegründet im Sommer diesen Jahres) besteht aus jungen und motivierten Musikern, die alten Jazzstandards neues Leben einhauchen. Alle studieren an der FMW (Frankfurter Musik Werkstatt) und verfolgen das Ziel, einen Abschluss als Berufsmusiker/Instrumentalpädagoge abzuschließen. Je nach Club, Bar oder Veranstaltung ist das junge Ensemble in der Lage die gewünschte Atmosphäre mit ihrer Musik zu schaffen. Every member of this ensemble studies at the FMW (the full-time vocational school “Frankfurter Musik Werkstatt”) and each and every one of them is focusing to get a degree as an artist / musical pedagogue. Depending on the location and the event, this young group has the ability to create an atmosphere to entertain every audience. The group has a very multifaceted set from swing over Bossa nova to acoustics that impresses and sweeps along people at any age.
