Played drums since I can't remember when, turned professional early nineties after quitting promo career in the record business, and an enjoyable couple of years at art college. Since then I have been lucky enough to tour the UK, Europe, USA, and the Far East, mostly with Acoustic Alchemy, and I'm proud to have played on the Grammy nominated album 'Arcanum' and 'Positive Thinking'. These days my playing is mostly closer to home with a new-formed jook-joint retro rock'n'roll band,The HotDogs!, dep jazz gigs, sessions, and continual recording work with Dakota Suite. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with youngsters willing to learn, and I teach drums full time in Leeds shcools.
