My name is Todd Simmons. I write about music for Encore Magazine, The Brooklyn Rail, Downtown Express, Chelsea Now and The Villager, etc... in NYC. I have a semi-updated music blog here I'm originally from Portland, Oregon, lived in Hollywood for a decade and for the last 7 years I've been a New Yorker.Also a licensed real estate agent in Manhattan.
