BODY MODIFICATIONS: I've been into "altering" my image for about 4 years now. At the moment, my collection of modifications consists of 10 ear piercings (8 - 16g, 2 - 20g), lip piercing (14g), tongue piercing (14g), nose piercing (20g), and a tattoo on the back of my neck.
HOBBIES: In my spare time I play videogames (Yes, girls can play videogames too.), paint, write, play guitar, drive around aimlessly, and spend a great deal of time talking to myself. It comes across as rather frightening to most at first, but they all get used to it eventually. I've been told that I should have my own TV show because I wouldn't need any guests to keep ratings up. Go me?
EDUCATION: I'm in 11th grade and I value my education. After high school I hope to move to Vancouver and attend UBC to get my masters in psychological arts or a bachelors degree in social work, I'm still not entirely sure at the moment.
RELIGION: I come from a very religious family, but I, myself, am not a religious person. Several years of my life I spent attempting to obtain knowledge to better understand Christianity and the ways of God, but I have come to the conclusion that religion is not something I am interested in devoting myself to. I have my beliefs, though I do not believe they should be so.. textbook. Typically, I am a very casual person. I do not appreciate being told what to do, nor what to believe in. I have a spine and a brain of my own, therefore; I believe I can guide myself, create my own direction in life.
SOURCE OF INCOME: I supply hemp jewelry to the guys down at Hemp Hut on occasion, "hemp season" is picking up again so I'm almost able to rely on this job as a regular source of income. Joy! ^_^ I also do a lot of volunteer work at the BC Wildlife Park. But as for a stable job with a steady income and regular working hours, I'm unemployed. *sigh*
FAMILY: My family is rather... diverse. I'm the second oldest of 6. (2 younger brothers, 2 younger sisters, 1 older sister.) I find it rather ironic, as I've wanted an older brother my entire life and it's the only thing I don't have. I live with my Dad and younger sister, while my Mom, step-Dad, 2 stepbrothers, and stepsister live in West Virginia. Annnd I have an older sister who lives in Burnaby.
FURRY FRIENDS: Critters wise, I've got a cat named Tuesday (That's right, an original name. I'm not about to name my cat Princess or anything disgustingly traditional like that. :P), and a newt named Fluffy. (OHH! Another original name, I'm pretty suave, hey?) I am also in the process of looking into investing in a japalura lizard in the near future as well.
GENERAL AURA: I'd like to think of myself as a genuinely nice girl who enjoys life and appreciates the simple things. As a whole, I'm a pretty emotional person. Not emotional to the extent of always trying to be the center of attention, but emotional none-the-less. I'm usually quite optimistic and try my hardest to stay that way. Wasting time dwelling and feeling sorry for myself has never really ever been an issue. Whining solves nothing. True story.
OUTSIDE OPINIONS: I've been told that I am a very... colorful person, shall we say? I'm expressive. It's not going to take much reading between the lines to determine how I'm feeling at any given moment. I'm overly sarcastic, very outspoken, and incredibly honest. Brutally honest, actually. I'm not going to sugar coat things for you, I'm not going to beat around the bush, I'm going to tell it like it is. Some don't like it, others look at it as a breath of fresh air. You decide.
PARTY SCENE: If I told you I was a wild one, I'd be lying. I don't do drugs, nor do I think it's cute. I drink on occasion, but very rarely ever enough to knock me on my ass. My folks brought me up on decent moral values and self-respect. In other words, I'm not about to flaunt myself about on the Internet. So save yourself the effort and don't bother asking.
