Wandering thru life
Trying to find a place to fit
Spiritual growth,
I lost my path.
Emotional growth,
Expired when I was 14.
Homeless constantly,
Mentally vacant,
Sometimes I float thru crowds,
Feeling like a seed of the invisible man.
Confusion surrounds my being.
Today is tomorrow,
Tomorrow is yesterday,
Last week was an hour ago.
But ask me what happened 15 mintues ago,
And I can't remember.
Ask me what's goin on right now,
And I'll lose all presence of time.
I wonder why do I exist,
Is this life even for me?
I have dreams of escaping the dark shadows of failure,
That seem to haunt me.
I blame my exposure to harsh reality on no one.
My pain is expressed thru frustration and silence.
Rage and heartache the only true emotions I have felt,
Ina long time.
