General
Er yeah my name's Steven and I'm from the Bolton. I currently work at 'Stax' but I'm also a qualified Graphic Designer and English Teacher. I'm also a drug trial volunteer which means I'm a lab rat and test drugs for ridiculous amounts of money. I’m passionate, open minded, talkative, good to my mates and can be pretty interesting (well I think so anyway). I've got a decent sense of humour and can be fairly witty too (at times). Sometimes I’m Libra and sometimes I’m Virgo. Sometimes I’m a nice guy and sometimes I’m an arsehole (but I’m mainly a nice guy). I can get on with most people except racists and the small minded. I can be picky with whom I spend extended time with though. I tend to over analyse everything and worry about non existent problems. Apparently the name ‘Steven’ is Greek and means ‘Crown’. I read somewhere that Steven’s tend to be –
‘Cool and reserved on the surface but under the skin have a big heart and the soul of an angel’
I’d like to think this is true but that’s for others to decide. Er that’s it really…er…nope…I don’t know what blood type I am.
Oh I can’t swallow brown bread or dry turkey.
Oh I also collect Buddha’s and souvenir patches from places that I've visited. I have no idea why (or how this started). I have two adopted badgers.
Things I Have Done
I've done quite a bit of travel and gone backpacking twice with my best mate Gaz. The first time I went to North America, Canada, Rarotonga, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. It was the best 10 months of my life and I doubt anything will come ever come close to that experience ever again. I reckon I experienced more in those 10 months then most people manage to squeeze into an entire lifetime. The second time I went traveling was in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Serbia. I've skydived, bungee jumped, pot holed, zorbed and been up the tallest building in the world….blah blah blah too much stuff to mention.
Yeah I reckon I’ve done some pretty cool shit in my life so far and this year is turning out to be my best yet. I've bought a car, travelled twice, got a girlfriend and made a lot of new friends. So yeah I’m pretty happy.
Blah Blah Blah you will never really know another person. I barely know my self really and I can't fit what I'm about on a single web site man.

Big dramatic landscapes, things that make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, danger, the unexplained, moments of clarity, when the underdog comes out on top, the paranormal, boobies, lucy, things that make me feel alive, rattling cages, Magners Irish cider, the colour blue (all shades), the obscure, Fish Day, Fruit Day, crop circles, stars (as seen from Canada and Thailand), classic American cars, sticking it to the man, pushing people's buttons, things that make me feel small and insignificant, things that bring me to tears, déjà vu, walking home from work when nobody else is awake, Rachel Briggs, freakish weather, controversy, driving (even though I’m crap at it), trees, attempting to dance, the sky, porn (it's all I got), making compilations for people, my CD collection, my I-Pod and my guitar (which I can now play a bit).
Dislikes
Racism, fashion, religion, posers, men with hair, people who can't think for themselves, pointless celebrities, getting older, 'reality' TV, jazz, Andrew Crane (radio DJ), being told what to do, people with nothing to say for themselves, things on my arms (including sleeves), being lonely, feeling disconnected and out of place, work, people who don’t indicate, money, winter (including xmas), mobile phones, people who spell Steven with a 'ph' and people who talk at gigs when I'm trying to watch a band. Oh people who are born, live and die in the same place without ever leaving it. As far as I’m concerned the only reason we are put on this planet is to have a look at it. People who don’t do this may as well be dead.
