About Me
MySpace Purpose:
To add another link to the network chain of individuals and organizations who support equality, conservation, open-mindedness, wildlife preservation, peace, and the overall awakening of human-kind. Whether through education, spiritual guidance, political action, music, poetry, art, or simply openly living your truest expression of self... it is these I seek to add to this network of Rainbow Warriors.
This space isn't about being gay, but about being AWAKE to the reality of our one-ness with each other, with our Higher Power (God, Goddess...), with the flora and fauna of this planet, and Mother Earth herself. Awake to the knowledge that love is the greatest power we have, and true love knows no bounds. Awake to the reality that we create our realities through our thoughts and actions. Being open-minded enough to consider the metaphysical, supernatural, and paranormal as being part of reality too. Realizing that we are all spiritual beings having a human experience...
Special Statement:
Let it be known that I DO NOT and WILL NOT knowingly SUPPORT or PROMOTE ANYONE or any group that believes violence is a way to get your point across. Remember: Become the change you wish to see in the world. If you wish to see peace, become peace within yourself and in your actions. If you wish to see more kindness in the world, be kind to others. If you wish to see less poverty and hunger in the world, be generous and give to those who are needy within your community. If you want freedom, allow others the same freedoms you desire. All change begins at home and within YOU by personal choice. Take personal responsibility for your OWN actions first.
It is time for the Rainbow Warriors of the world to unite... against violence, for peace, equality, and freedom... for wildlife, the environment and Mother Earth... for ourselves, each other, and future generations.
About me:
My name is RainboWoman and I live in Arizona with my soulmate, Sky. We have been together for over 9 years.
I grew up in Washington state where I lived until moving to Arizona in 1999.
I'm currently a card carrying member of the ACLU and also a
member of the HRC (Human Rights Campaign), National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, Defenders of Wildlife, and MEIN (Melissa Etheridge Information Network)... to name a few.
My spirituality is based mostly on Native American beliefs,
although I have found truth in many other Faiths. I've
enjoyed learning about Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism - to
name a few.
I'm also an ordained minister through the ULC, although
I've chosen not to attend a church or preach at people.
I became ordained to remind me of our constant connection
to source, our higher power. To remind me to always
walk with God in my heart. I believe there is value and
truth to be found in all religions, and choose not to
identify with any specific one. I call myself a
Spiritualist and leave it at that.
I believe in the Sacredness of ALL life and of Mother
Earth. We are all ONE and my greatest wish is that our
world leaders would finally recognize this. Only then will
we find our way to living together in peace and harmony.
On that note, I end this with a quote:
"If you see yourself in others, then whom can you harm?"
-- Buddha
Mitakuye Oyasin
"We are all related",

"Love is what you get when love is what you speak."
