WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
The Nights of Fright will be located at Newman Recreation Center, 727 South Eddy Street at the Sameple Street Bridge, located directly across from the Farmers Market off of Northside Boulevard.
WHO BENEFITS FROM THIS PROGRAM?
Proceeds will go towards the Summer Park Lunch and Playground Program, Junior baseball and teen employment. Due to major budget cuts, we had to cut summer hours in the Summer Park Program. Future cuts may be coming in 2009 and 2010.
IS IT SCARY?
YES! The Haunted attraction uses special effect lighting, fog, bubbles, illusions, intense sound, automations, adn trained performers specifically designed to scare you. It is recommended you do nto enter if you are pregnagt, have a sensitivity to distorting lights, or have a heart or medical condition that increases health risks. There are startles and scares at every turn. If you are "claustrophobic", please advise your guide for and escape to exit the attracton.
IS IT APPROPRIATE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN?
This is Where parental guidence is requried.
We did have children attend last year and they survived, but we cannot recommend it. If you child is afraid of the dark, defintely not. We advise 10 and under not to enter unless they are with and adult and they are aware of the risks.
10 and under will not be allowed in without an adult or their approval.
