The Man With No Name is a guitar playing, beer drinking, weed smoking, occasional street fighting, bible reading ,non believing,self contradicting, 27 year old male. My music is made in my room with nothing but a Boss BR-600, a shitty old guitar and 21 grams of Amsterdam soul. A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be ultimately at peace with himself.When people hear good music, it makes them homesick for something they never had, and never will have.Only sick music makes money today,most of it is bullshit,made by the same people in the same studios by labourers in a long line of production,which are the work of no mind,made by journeymen behind the scenes turning music into industrialism.Music is like making love: either all or nothing.When peoples perception are downsized or denied then all of music becomes prey to generalization and commerical forces that affect the very nature of the "music".This uniformity affects both the music and the listener.Words make you think a thought. Music makes you feel a feeling. A song makes you feel a thought.Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest, heals the heart and makes it whole, flows from heaven to the soul.Original music is the work of the inspired and imagination and this cannot be the work of journeymen,in the words of John Donne...."Since I am coming to that holy room, / Where, with thy quire of Saints for evermore, / I shall be made thy Music; As I come / I tune the instrument here at the door, / And what I must do then, think here before.”
