About Me

www.hucknpluck.blogspot.com
06: Back from living in Europe, moving to Boston to work and live and play music. Go see Europe.08: Forget this Boston scene, I'm out. Google and SF here I come!Anyway...I love music, I like to do huge scavenger hunts, relax, take a drive where I have no destination and get lost on purpose, play with bands... errrr... pro-God but anti-Church, I prefer modernist lit but generally tonal music, I eat meat, I'm anti-war but pro-capitalism, I know that the Beatles are the best band ever (fact) but also the start of a bad chain of pop music still all over the terrible radio, I believe in personal accountability, I support gay marriage, You can choose, I love the Yankees, I love languages, I prefer college sports to pro, think the DH is crap, think the Grey Album should be legal, I love SF, but know that NYC is the best place on the planet, support using P2P to widen tastes but not download full records, I'm all about my Irish heritage and my family and friends, and I do, in fact, blame Yoko

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People who are willing to think for themselves, take a left when a right is advised, turn off the tv to read, cook a dinner for friends, sing at the top of their lungs even when they know they're bad, sit in the bleachers just to be at the game or just mouth off whatever.

The latest gripe (cont'd)

The issue is that I hated the "America" trilogy by John Dos Passos, but primarily because I found it to be stylistically disasterous, whereas now I am more receptive to stylistic reaching (due to way ...
