I live in Rainham, Essex and my life is music. I love singing/growling/screaming, playing my 6-string guitar, playing guitar and singing.I also love going out clubbin with mates (Romford Boyeeeeeeeeez!!), and London clubbin with my boys Tyler and the Herbert brothers!!This story is a bit long winded but basically sums up how I ended up singing for my band "9 Days Down" - enjoy!!!...I first got interested in music when I was 14 just as my parents got divorced, without another outlet and boredom I turned to playing heavy metal guitar.At the age of 15 I got caught singing whilst walking in school and enlisted into a heavy metal band called "manticore" (inspired by the likes of Iron maiden & Metallica), after only 3 months of jamming in our music room at school the band split due to different views on our musical direcion.I joined a indy/soft rock band *cringe* to pass the time and keep my interest in music alive. However this woud be short lived as the genre was not where my heart lay.I met my friend Rich through tabletop gaming, and our love of metal drove us to start the band Octane along with Brandon Munoz on lead guitar, Dan Field on Rythm guitar and Ross Lemon on Bass. Although the music was there the commitment wasn't and Octane had to split.The next year I started many bands and all failed miserably due to lack of comitment from other band members. This obviously dettered me from the scene along with low funds.During this time Rich and Kielie took me under their wing haha, and slowly I convinced myself to look for a new band - enter 9 Days Down!! These grizzled metal veterans from Deadbolt had been looking for a singer to fit the bill for months, and all lacked the ambition behind the band. After a very beaten up rendition of Refuse/Resist (Sepultura) the band took me on board and i am now the happy owner of my own HEAVY METAL band!! Spawned from bands such us Exodus, Soilwork, In Flames, Obituary, Testament and Pantera.We are ready to take London by Storm!!!Here's to the future, Stay Metal!!www.9daysdown.co.uk..
