About Me

I like to swing my arms pass my forehead when I power walk. I like to sniff "the porty." I like to "talk" on my phone in the car or out in public when really it's just my cover up for being able to pray out loud without being labled a crazy who talks to herself. My favorite relaxing spot is on the front porch, legs kicked up and me strumming my guitar. I like to get random phone calls from friends I haven't spoken to in years. I like the comfort of my own home. I like quirky humor in all things. I like to help people. I like old things. I love love!I think the greatest part of love is the part you give away. To really know love is to give love to others. I find that when I help others by giving them my time, resources, and love, it is in that moment I am filled with so much love. I'm currently becoming a child advocate for abused children, I work with the disabled and elderly, I am helping out with the Special Olympics Summer games in May, I invest my money into missions and child sponsorship through World Vision, and I believe in whole heartedly giving my full attention to those friends and family who just need someone there during a hard time. I say all that because I know life would not be nearly as much fun without giving and loving others. Giving to others and striving to be selfless is what makes the world go round! Now I have the tune playing in my head....All we need is love....... Give and live life!

My Interests

poems, having one-on-ones with friends, singing with windows rolled down and car radio blasting, sonic slushes, candles, romance, witty remarks, helping people, making up songs on the guitar, sitting on the front porch, buying old dresses and trying to "fix" them, discovering my own style, listening, just hanging out, classic movies, World Vision, missions, traveling the world and seeing all the people and places God has created

whatever relates to what i'm feeling at that time or music that brings me back to a moment in time that I smile upon. I like good movie soundtracks.
