Assume for a moment that Kirk Cameron and the girl who played “Tootie†in “the Facts of Lifeâ€, had met, dated a while, made sweet love, thus resulting in the procreation of a beautiful baby boy. If that was the case, that baby would have been none other than “Talent Killsâ€. Unfortunately, that was not the case which took Talent’s life in a completely different direction. Rap was of course the only path he could have taken. Born in 1979, Talent lived a typical suburban life, with a love for all of the elements of hip-hop since early childhood. Parachute pants were not a rare item in his wardrobe before the age of 10. At 11 years old, he had formed his first rap group called “Smooth as Iceâ€. Unfortunately, the “Smooth as Ice†hype did not catch on as well as he had expected. At 14, he was given his first turntable and mixer. This obsession lasted about a year and ended when graffiti had a certain amount of sex appeal. After his older brothers arrest in 1994, he decided the path his brother had taken was not the path for him. The pen and paper was still and had always been a passion. With stacks of notepads, groups that fell apart and plenty of days with writers block, eventually he met up with glad2mecha and was welcomed lovingly into the arms of Orchestra. Situated with some of the illest mc’s and beat makers he has heard to date, he is more than happy to be a part of the Orchestra family.
