Not just another one of your run of the mill cover bands!! The Mexican Sweat is all about bringing back the vibe, attitude, and great songs of old school country. None of this current fair that passes for country, with wanna be rock stars that couldn't cut it and needed a paycheck kind of music. With players from some well established bands from around town, all different walks and talks come together and have a good time doing it. If you have never heard songs by Gram Parsons, or just need a good solid dose of Willie or the Man in Black, and "pedal steel" is not a part of your musical vocab yet, then this is the band for you!
