Juurihoito is a family-based production unit, studio, record label and a musical force that operates in northern Finland, dedicated in bringing forward the majestic and heartical sound of true deep roots reggae. Promoting free and conscious life in it's fullness, in balance with all Creation.
Founded by producer, musician and dub mystic Luonnollinen Kokijamies in 2000, originally formed around roots group Jatavi, Juurihoito has since been recording, producing and releasing some powerful roots tunes and riddims, and also presenting various reggae clubs and concerts in Oulu area.
Juurihoito Sounds is always interested in musical collaborations and working with new artists if the vibes feel right and sound is deep enough.
Juurihoito also provides meditative live dubbing sessions with singers and players of instruments, or smaller sound system sessions with Juurihoito I-Yah-Yound (selectors Kokijamies and Matti Kauhu + vocalists).
