MySpace Codes Lynne Watson is an all inclusive music enthusiast. A graduate of the famous Music and Art High School in New York City, she has continued to hone her music skills and experiences through a diverse range of activities. Studying with renowned Choral Director and Maestro John L. Motley, Lynne was a long time member of the All-City High School Chorus and Concert Choir - performing in numerous venues and for various showcases. Her performances and collaborations include many varied and different New York locales; at the Inaugural Celebration for former Governor Cuomo; with Opera Ebony- an African American Opera performance company; at Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center; during the Centennial Celebration of the Brooklyn Bridge; front and center for the Re-dedication Ceremony of the Statue of Liberty; at Symphony Space; Carnegie Hall and even at the New York City Mayoral home Gracie Mansion.

As a member of the only African American Drum and Bugle Corps on the East Coast – the Warriors Drum and Bugle Corps– in the 1980’s, she toured and performed in numerous competitions. Lynne has also performed in Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival on the only musical instrument invented in the 20th Century - the Steel Pan. Additionally as a vocal artist, she has shared the stage with such greats as Jazz/Blues pianist Valerie Capers, the late Dizzy Gillespie and Phyllis Hyman, entertained in the Bahamas at the Crystal Palace. and has done marketing radio spots for business school training for the Board of Education.

As the founder of the Funk, Jazz and R&B Soul Band ‘Positive N-ergy’, Lynne has jump started her love of live band music. She has performed numerous times at the world renown Ashford and Simpson's SUGAR BAR in new York City, as well as many other venues in the Tri State Area such as Chesterfield's, Groove NYC, the Baggott Inn, Kenny's Castaways, The Underscore, Sessions 73, and The Red Lion.
