Wow! What a team! Tony Delgado and Delgado Dance join forces with Steve Hess and Jive Deluxe to present Dancing Thru the Decades.
Dancing Thru the Decades combines Tony and a great dance team with Steve Hess and Jive Deluxe to present a history of pop music through dance. The show's music spans Glen Miller and Bennie Goodman to Madonna and Justin Timberake, showcasing some of the world's finest dancers, singers and musicians.
Tony Delgado is an award-winning dancer, coreographer and dance instructor. He has worked with dancers from the hit show Dancing with the Stars for years. Tony's students include Dancing with the Stars winners and pros, as well as winners of many national dance competitions.
A portion of the show will be performed on September 18th at the Palms Hotel and Casino, Las Vegasin the main show room. Dancing Thru the Decades will open the concert followed by pop and country superstar Jessica Simpson.
Jive Deluxe is a high-energy Nine-Piece All Star SWING/JUMP-BLUES BAND from Nashville TN. This great live band is headed up by founder Steve Hess, a singer songwriter and dynamic keyboard player with considerable success in the Nashville Music community over the past 20 years. Steve and the band’s own original version of Swing Music takes its influences from Jump Blues, Big Band, Be-Bop, Traditional Swing, Rockabilly, 50’s Rock & Roll and Southern Gospel.In addition to lead vocals & keyboards from Steve Hess, Jive DeLuxe’s All Star live line-up includes Guitarist “Blue Lou†Bolognia and Bassist Charlie Harrison. The tightest, hardest working three piece horn section in the business, which includes Tenor Sax guru Ron “Big Daddy†Mondy.The band plays a wide variety of their own unique & original Swing, Jump Blues, Rockin’ Big Band, Be Bop, Rockabilly and Good Old Rock n’ Roll music that provides something fun and exciting for everyone.
