So the government finaly admitted there was a gulf war syndrome..im not sure what this means for me yet..but its a fucking start..they diagnosed those of us suffering with 'undiagnosed illness' so now...

so today was a normal monday..was at gym,leg day, I love legs..maybe it because it the one body part I notice improvement in..who knows..any way..did my squats..a little lighter than normal..more reps...
