About Me

well---im a bklyn bred, only child to a single-mom (but who isn't nowadays?!). i grew up in the 'hood and i've certainly seen my share of shoot outs and crime, but i refuse to become a product of that. instead i play doctor and diagnose myself with fifty-billion illnesses, all of which will kill me i'm sure (my friends prefer to call me a hypochondriac). if that isn't wacky enough for you i've got a mild case of O.C.D and can find order in most chaos. --but don't assume you know me yet. my friends are my family, and i still haven't found that guy who makes my heart jump and/or actually gets me. when that happens it happens. until then you can find me... laughing at something you probably wouldn't appreciate, sitting windowside traveling far away, having a tequila shot, folding laundry or with my head buried deep in a book. during the day, when i'm trying to be perfectly civil, i spend countless hours hanging out with children (its the only time i get to say "because i said so!") and a slew of other odd jobs when necessary. there's something special about holding a toddler's hand and hearing them laugh. i capture memories and save them to the hard drive; one can always help brighten an otherwise sour day. and i refer to them often. i make a lot of lists. and then make lists of all the lists. and i lovelovelove the joy of crossing completed things off. i cry during movies --a lot! i remember names, especially after a few drinks, but other than that i have no talents. i do wish i had learned piano as a child-- but oh well, that time's lost (insert frowny face here). my heart races for hazelnut gelato and fresh kettle corn... but they definitely should not be eaten together. i really wish people practiced silence more often, especially when they have nothing but nonsense to say. simply think about what you say!! and don't get your feelings hurt! spelling errors irritate me, so do wet socks, and when the microwave blinks 12:00 i am compelled to fix it. i often go commando, even when i have a drawer full of clean undies. but beware of zippers. i hate carrying purses. and umbrellas. i'm actually kinda lazy. and easily distracted... hence the many incomplete sudoku and crossword puzzles around my room. oh, and my city is better than yours and you know it! BR-BR-BROOOKLYN! pearl earrings will always be classic and camouflauge isn't for everyone. i'll watch audrey hepburn on tv anyday. or do the hokey pokey --but only if you ask politely because manners are so much more attractive. guys with accents make me smile, but a yummy plate of grapes, bananas and melon will have the same effect on me. i mean what i say and don't ask questions if i won't like the answer. i'm not looking to be convinced of your truths, but i completely respect your logic and admire your passion. decisiveness is a virtue i don't have --i straddle that line between things all too often. i ramble and repeat myself often, forgetting whether i told you already. i tell bad jokes really well. and like getting my hands dirty. i sing sounds similar to the words of songs i don't know. i'd get a deal if someone heard me in the shower lol. i like being wet --washing is good. swimming is great! (sunning is as great) but kissing is better! i hate hot liquids and don't like soda... go have a glass of water!! and something chocolatey-- it always makes everything better!
drop me a line anytime...kind words are always appreciated
...TIME FADES ...BUT MEMORIES LAST... look at my pics...
