On a Personal Note:I am 57 going on 37. I am active in all facets of my life. This always sounds like bragging, but I am a classical, traditional gentle man. I have 6 post graduate degrees and am secure in all that I do. I love to network. As a hobby I allow my soft side out as a Master Doll and Bear Appraiser. I have a Life Partner, Barbara, who is in her 60's but acts like she in her 30's. This is a woman who is not afraid of her sexuality and her femininity. I am an accomplished chef in 7 ethnic cultures and cuisines, so stay out of the kitchen and let me cook. I enjoy challenges and anticipate learning something new every day. I keep myself fit mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally by playing active sports, softball, golf, curling and fitness activities, by reading and meditating, by talking out issues, by negotiating life, by asking questions and seeking answers, AND I am never afraid to ask for help. (God knows [and so do I] that I do not have all the answers.) This site as well as other social sites try to tell you how to find love without defining it. I do not think there is a perfect match or date. I believe there are harmonious, agreeable, and congenial combinations within each party to a relationship which can create a mutual, satisfying, rewarding, loving and liking with an uplifting togetherness. The dating process leads to achieving the togetherness goal of each party. Now this sounds like psycho babble, but I dare you to define it. There are the great poets, the deep philosophers, the inquiring psychoanalysts, the new age thinkers, the Eastern mystics, the Western instant gratificationers and then me. Whew! We all look for it, we all want to experience it, we all are willing to talk about it, but not everyone is willing to work and go out and get it. So, the fact is in the truth. I never wanted to hand myself over to anyone who is not ready, willing and able to work at a relationship as hard as I know it is going to be. And that does not happen until the dating process is well established. So those of you, who want to find a committed, monogamous relationship with the first cup of coffee, it does not happen that way.

On a Business Note:My intention is to create a website where professional women, women in business, responsible women, and women over 40 can truly network. [I have a website for men’s networking and it does not even come close to what this website has accomplished to date.] It seems this website has taken a life of its own in this way and I am happy to facilitate it. I believe it is important for responsible blogs, kind comments, and interesting posts.

On a Family Note:I want this website to be an example to our young generation that we need not display half naked bodies and speak in abbreviated gibberish in order to be recognized for who we are in this society. I believe we have the responsibility to lead the way. If we can show them how it is done by our own example, then we will have a positive influence on them and on our society.
