Third World Music is a part of the Third World Nation Network. Our focus is to bring forth artistic expression through music.
Third World Music represents balance and overstanding. Our aims are to:
(1)PROVIDE a platform & an outlet for artists, musicians, producers & DJs.
(2)PRESENT information from a neutral and integral perspective to raise consciousness and awareness to a higher level.
(3)PROPOSE alternatives & solutions that will allow us to work together as a community and evolve.
THE INDUSTRY RULE PROJECT
Third World Music will be releasing mixtapes whose purpose is to CREATE conversation and social communities around the artists and their music.
The mixtapes will showcase some of the most forward thinking, innovative and inspiring artists ONLY in the NYC area. The reason for this is because:
(1)We're a small company based in NYC.
(2)We want to build a stronger music scene in NYC.
(3)We want to build a stronger networking community in NYC.
So we have to start small. As the movement expands we will bring the project to your area. PROGRESSION TAKES TIME!
The mixtape will feature brief interviews of the artists, who will introduce their song & give you their site info to listen to & purchase their music. The reason for the mixtape is to give more exposure to different artists because space is limited for THE INDUSTRY RULE MAGAZINE & RADIO SHOW.
