I am here for Friends

About Me

We love to float and hit a river or creek every weekend while it is nice, if we can. We have long-time good friends that we hook up with most often. ...................To give you an idea about us, My wedding vowes started with, "I stand before you now, vulnerable, brave and in love.......Bill's started with "I will always be your best friend and I promise to keep you well-fed!"............At our wedding reception, he stood up and gave the "The Man's Prayer" (quoted by our favorite Red Green) by saying: "I am a man, and I can change, if I have to, I guess!".................. "We created the problem, were gonna create the solution. That's called being a man." (Red Green)..............The video below is an an awesome float we took on the upper end of the Kings River, which is seldom floatable. We were fortunate to get a ton of rain. This video is where we overnight camped! The video doesn't even touch the surface of beauty that we saw that dayVideo below is Bill, Leigh Ann, Abby (filmaker), Larry and SuniThe video below is us on the James River in April, 2008. Shown are Leigh Ann, Todd and Tami. Footage and commentary provided by Bill.
