My name is Ginger. You might think it's a funny name, but there's a story behind it. My dad named me Ginger because I was born premature. I was born at six months instead of nine. I weighed a little less than 3lbs. Yeah I was really small. Well, when my dad saw me he said I reminded him of the gingerbread cookies because I was so small and because of my brown skin. So there you have it, that's why my name is Ginger.
Well now I'm a very busy girl. I am currently attending college. I'm working a lot with my church...HOOVER! I'm the secretary for the missions department at my church. We work with missions in a different way than other churches. Instead of sending out people to preach to other countries, we help out those who are already preaching in other countries. Right now we are mainly working with Nicaragua. You see, every year the pastors have a convention and they all come from all over Nicaragua and some come from Costa Rica too. Well, we work through out the whole year to raise money and send them clothes, food and even a few dollars so that they can get back to where they came from. Some of these pastors are very poor and they go out and preach in places that some of us would not get caught dead preaching in. I mean, a person has to really be dedicated and love God in order to live there. It's a lot of hard work doing what those pastors do. Some of us would not be able to handle it, but we can at least help them out financially. A few dollars goes a very long way over there. I also work with the youth from my district. I'm the youth secretary for the South L.A District. AKA United Youth Minsitry. It's pretty cool. A lot of people might think that being Christian is boring, but it's so not boring!!! There are a lot of things that we can do to have fun!!! ;) All you have to do is let the Lord take control of your life. It may not always be easy, but it's totally worth it!

I love arts and crafts. I can spend all day just making stuff. I also like to paint and draw. Check out some of my art work ;) And of course graphic designing...

Lets see...well, my favorite cartoon movie is the little murmaid, she's so pretty. right now my favorite movies are...hmm...so many movies out there, it's hard to pick...ok, a walk to remember, 50 first dates, robocop, the story of joseph, shrek, center stage, alvin and the chipmunks...i know there's more movies but that's all i can think of for now.

Television:

oh my gosh....i'm addicted to CSI now lol specially Miami.

Books:

The Bible of course... No matter what you are going through you can always find the answer in the Bible. I also like reading other books but I don't really have a favorite book.

Heroes:

My heroes are my mom and the Lord.
