I spent 24 years serving this great country in the U.S. Navy. In 1989 I established Gene's Photography in Franklin, WV. Now, with close to 18 years of experience in serving the local community I have made the transition from film to digital. My asssistant (Diana) and I focus primarily on high school seniors and weddings throughout the Pendleton County area, including Franklin, Petersburg and Moorefield. We also do passport photos, Anniversaries, and class Reunions Additionally, we operate the Pendleton Gallery where we display fine art black and white photographs and paintings. Our hours are 12pm to 5pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 12pm on Saturdays.
