Soul Driven Music has been a production powerhouse out of Brooklyn, NY since 2002. The Founder/President Jason “Jsoul” Jack, and his brother/VP Sun-K, together make up “The Loft Bros.” “Loft Bros.” encompasses the flow and feel of the music they create as well as their everyday lifestyle. Together these young entrepreneurs bring you nuances of energy, funk and a dedication to their soul driven talent to be shared with the world. These music producers want to manifest what it means to be soul driven through their unique and unprecedented sound and musical expression. The Loft Bros. were both born and raised in the Caribbean island St.Vincent, where the mainstream was Calypso and Reggae, not hip-hop and R&B. They were greatly influenced by the work of Wu-Tang Clan and other early 90s Hip Hop legends. They quickly became fans of Hip Hop. While in high school, Sun-K would often be found freestyling with other emcees and hip hop heads. He went on the record mixtapes and was featured on album work produced by The Great Zee. It was not long before Sun-K would gravitate to the boards and begin to craft his own beats. Sun-K moved to NYC in 2002, where Jsoul was residing for a few years prior and they soon decided to create this music powerhouse, against the will of family and friends. They haven’t stopped creating music since. Soul Driven Music is a young, creative and collective company that produce & song write hip hop, urban, R&B, soul & pop music–driven by passion and a genuine love of music. Their product is peerless and inimitable. They fuse FUNK & JAZZ & SOUL to blend their own distinct brand and signature sound.
