FACT SHEET/CHRONOLOGY
introduction:
OK...I'm not gonna talk about myself in third person fashion here!
I'm a singer/songwriter with an extensive background in music, touring and recording ( most often times... in the background ) but I am coming out of my shell. Long story short, I'm just a nomadic farm boy from the south wading thru the wheat fields ( so to speak ) the eldest son of a preacherman/policeman, who was quite the "crooner" in his day. I remember stacks of vinyl 45's around the house with my Father singing "Bouquet of Roses" on the "A" side and thinking...
my dad's a rockstar! I realize that back then? if you cut a record ...you had something! today anyone can make a CD sadly, but hey who am I to judge.
Instruments I play :
Drums/Percussion, 6/12 string Guitar, Trumpet, Coronet, Vocal chords
Moved to Palos Verde Valley area of Southern California (LA) just out of high school
I have Performed at numerous venues throughout Texas , Arkansas , Florida, Oklahoma Seattle and Nashville, where I lived on Music Row for 2 years.
Currently working with several different Seattle studios and musicians
from Nashville, Florida and Texas
including; Samuel Mathews of "Rain On Me" Productions, Sam is a touring drummer for Bryan Duncan and The Neho Soul Band and produces Radio jingles and soundtracks for the film industry for production companies such as "Lions Gate" he has also toured with Quincy Jones! I am blessed and fortunate to be under the wing of such a talented and experienced Artist!!
I am also working with Sound Media Productions (Seattle) and Sound Guru- Sal Salvador also Ken Beck and THE ECCLESIASTICAL MUD CREEK MUSIC PROJECT in Dallas Tx. as well as various studio musicians from Nashville to Texas lending they're talents to my recording endeavors.
I write/co-write with anybody and everybody!! what better way to get yourself and music out there and "discovered"??
I established the Southern Draw Band in mid 1997 (as the founding drummer) played the Texas club circuit aggressively for many years-
