Shontina is the founder along with her teen daughters of a Non-Profit Youth Empowerment program, and mentors over 20 pre-teen and teen girls. She is the President of a Military Prep School in Milwaukee, WI. and her family currently own and operates a very successful Early Childhood Program. Shontina has attended UW Whitewater, UW Milwaukee and UW Oshkosh. She is currently certified and licensed in numerous areas of expertise, including Early Childhood.Shontina Gladney has been directly involved in the Youth & Childcare field for over 26 years, and know first hand how important it is to have a safe, clean and spacious facility.
