I focus mostly on composition and the manipulation of music/sound with the intention of getting to something that I haven't heard before or that just affects me in some way.
It's also enjoyable and satisfying to turn someone else's work into something new (even more so when they like it as well!).
I've played with Brahim Benhim in his band, La Kasbah, [main gigs: Melbourne Concert Hall (part of "Nongoma" with the Melbourne Millenium Chorus, 2003); 'The Famous Speigeltent' (for Melbourne Festival, 2002); Night Cat, Fitzroy (for Mulicultural Arts Victoria, 2002)] and with Matt Fagan in his band, Gypsy Fire.
Most of my studio work has been at
Atlantis Sound Studio
as assistant engineer, and some as engineer at
Toyland Studio
for Control-C (a Melbourne based audio-visual company)

Album finished !
