It all started when one day in the city of Pico Rivera where I lived at, at that time. I was crusin down Passons by El Rancho High School one day when Wreck pulls up all sweet and smooth introduced him self as a rapper gave me some of his music you know a C.D. or two, exchanged numbers ect… Oh by the way I was cruising ina Low Rider bike. Anyways after that we got the talking and stuff and then that’s when I mentioned that I can rap. I wasn’t like all serious about it or anything I just did it all messing around I didn’t think I was the worlds greatest chicana rapper and shitt. But anyways Shi8tt got busy. I did a few songs here and there No biggie I even got started and trying to do my own album but when shitt got cracking I moved in with a boyfriend of mine at that time he was cool about my traveling and life stilo, but then as he got comfortable he started tripping so there fore I was officially M.I.A. And it wasn’t easy. Wreck started getting on my case about me lagging on working on my album. The truth is that I was in Love and my man was not supportive at all he was always jealous about me doing this doing that it was more like, “What the fuck your doing him, doing them.” And it was no where near like that so to prevent problems I didn’t go no where or did nothing and he still wasn’t happy. I know a lot of girls can feel me on this “It Aint Easy.” Theres a lot of men out there that try to keep the girl at home or on check or they just make it hard for us to live life. So I advise all my fans out there to treat us right cause we as woman go thru so much for you men. And to all my girls don’t let no one get you down for sure. So anyways I left that man I wasn’t happy. So I was back on track ready to go to the studio Im thinking alright fuck this fool Im ready to move on and then it was when I found out that I was pregnant. Right there and then I knew it was gonna be a beganing to a whole new life and world. So I had to put it on hold again for a little bit more. But then she was born I was raising her on my own and now we doing real good. Im twenty years old a single mother and father at the same time I got my job, I work with kids, and I have my own little pad and even though it aint much Im happier than I ever was. The reason why Im sharing all this with you people is for the simple fact that I don’t give a fuck what people say or think. Im human too. My life aint no more different than most of my fans or any human being. That just goes too show what we can and cant do. And that also answers your question on why I took so long in finishing my album and why is called Girls it aint Easy M.I.AAbout Me"MY DAUGHTER"
