Arriving in Hawaii right before the turn of the century, I took up surfing alongside my husband Dan, and thanks to the magnificient Hawaiian waves... I truly learned to surf! Although I enjoyed the "other" surf magazines out there that touched on the professional curcuit of girls surfing, I knew there were many other women out there just like me that loved to surf, had never competed and would be THRILLED to see their photo in a real surf mag!!!
Women's Surf Style Magazine was born!
Full of health information, realistic fitness moves, inexpensive beauty tips, and of course....LOTS OF SURF PICTURES... and did I mention, of only NON-Professional surfing women and girls...
The response to WSSM was incredible and we blossomed and grew!
I thank each and every person who has supported me along the way these past three years, and I thank those that didn't , because they only made me stronger and want it more!!!
