Marvin Began His Career In The 70's With A R&B Band Called "NATURES DIVINE" This Group Produced A 5 Nation-Wide Single Titled "I Just Can't Control Myself" Marvin Also Co-Wrote A Song On The Album Called "Success" Marvin Roots In Music Began At Chadsey High School In Detroit Michigan While Studing Music Theory. He Later Applied His Talents To The Piano After Being Inspired By His Brother. This Self Taught Musican Later Found His Inspration In The Sounds Of Jazz. Marvin Notes The Great Sounds Of Nat King Cole, Diana Krall, Redd Garland, Kerry Lacey, Alma Smith, Johnny Allen And Charles Boles As His Listening Pleasures.JOHN KING:Mr. King Has Been Refining His Bass Techniques For Over 20 Years. Becoming Skilled In Both Acoustic Upright Bass As Well As Electric Bass. His Other Talents Also Inclued The Harmonica. Lead Guitar As Well As Writing And Arranging Music. John Worked With A Number Of Bands Before Starting His Studies At The Detroit Community Music School Under The Direction Of The Late Russell Green. John's Musical Influences Cover A Wide Spectrum As He Enjoys Listening To All Types Of Music. From Charlie Mingus. Bradford Marsalis. David Bowie To Mozart And Bach. He Also Has A Love For Music History Both It's Roots And Origins.BANG GLENN:As A Native Of Detroit, Bang Glenn Began His Love Affair With Percussion At A Very Early Age Being Inspired By Ground Jarring Rhythm Section Of A Thanksgiving Day Parade Band. While Attending The Arts Program In School, He Was Exposed To Differnt Genres Of Music Leading Him To Particpate In As Many Musical Opportunities As He Could. He Excelled And Pursued Futher Music Studies In A Higher Education Setting At Central State University In Wilberforce, OHIO. Bang's Talents Soon Became Recognized Leading Him To Preform With Jazz Greats Marcus Belgrave, Roy Brooks, Carnell Glen Jr., Charles Northington, Harry Shuman, San Sanders, Clifford Sykes And John Washington.
