Reese has been playing drums for 25 years. His drum style fits funk, R&B, Gospel, Contemporary jazz, rock, and fusion. Some of his major drum influences are Dave Weckle, Dennis Chambers, Virgil Donati, Toni Royster, Omar Hakeem, Sony Emory, John Blackwell, and many more. Reese has won several store Drum off competition and been to the regionals to place as high as 2nd place, and was excepted to the Sounds of America, which consisted of the best high school musicians in the country. He also played drums on Charley Orlando's album which is now possibly being nominated for a Grammy. Reese's ultimate objective is to own a major record label and find a way to change the music game like Timbaland, Dr. Dre and Pharell did. Some of his biggest production influences are, Timbaland, Pharell, Dr. Dre, Just Blaze, Rodney Jergins, Kanye West, Chris Stokes, Missy Elliot, Lil Jon, Jermain Dupri and many more.Obviously he's mainly into Hip Hop, R&B, and jazz, but also love certain styles of Rock and Pop, and they all have influenced his style and reflects in his tracks. Reese has a major respect for all styles of music. He also has his foot in alot of projects from people he's met all over the country, and still networking with any and everyone. Reese has part ownership in a label he help start in Chicago called Diamond Girl entertainment, and the primary music foundation is of course r&b and hip hop.Reese is currently working on his own project producing a hip hop album for his younger brother (Young Money) who's future looks bright. He has his foot in other miscellaneous projects as well, but never the less continuing to travel on this long journey to success.
