I'm a former airline employee having done many jobs at various carriers over the years. I'm a graduate of Concordia College in Seward Nebraska with a degree in history and geography. I'm a devoted Lutheran Christian. I currently sell stamps to stamp collectors and make/assemble jewelry to support my real and recent passion. That passion is writing poetry/song lyrics. That never occurred to me prior to April of 2007. The lovely and talented ensemble of Celtic Woman, which had been just periodic entertainment stole my heart. Their fiddle player, Mairead Nesbitt, especially so. Beginning at 0325 on April 15th the flow began and has not ceased since. I am now up to 320 pieces with the first 200 copy written and awaiting publication. The lyrics are based in love, faith, hope, and a new found love for Ireland. I will post some here periodically, but my goal is to get them set to music preferably in Ireland with and Irish tint to them. Eight of them have now been set to music by a lovely young artist in Australia named Olivia. One of those, Pile of Ash, you can view here.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I have met several celebrities over the years having been in the airlines part of the time at LAX. The first choice on who I'd like to meet is Jesus. However, I know it is only a matter of time for that. The talent that is and has been with the ensemble of Celtic Woman are the only ones I care to meet right now. As of the spring 2009 tour I have been blessed to have met most of that fine ensemble.
