It was 7-8 years ago when I started to make music. In former days till up to now I love R&B, Soul, Hip Hop Rapmusic and it was fun to me to learn the textes of all these performers like R-Kelly, Nas, D Angelo,Jay-Z, Luniz, Dru Hill, ...... Then I started to write my own textes and a lot of people told me that they like that kind of music. So .... I made more and more tracks. I met a lot of new people who supported me and gave me the opportunity to learn more about "doing music". by the way thanks to all of ya.
My first little shows were in schools,jams,festivals when I won my first price at a battle in a club (FunFactory) it was clear to me and other guys urged me to do my own CD and after a lot of mixtapes hostings,shows and some other stuff My first CD was done (Mark & Markez) called Obstacles. I am so proud of this thing 19 tracks home recorded, self-produced,mixed,mastered and payed by our own.
within 2 weeks the spent money was back in our pocket and believe me it wasn..t cheap we sold more than the half of the CDs in this short time.
Now this project is done and I will start some new things No Mark & Markez no more Its time for the Grind ........
