Creator of Detroit Women, Seattle Women, The Northwest Allstars, Bluestars, Signatures, Lucy Mongrel and joerecords.com, the award winning singer, Kate Hart, recently returned to her hometown, of Detroit and is at it again. This time with her original material is backed by the renowned Doug Deming and the Jewel Tones. The music is a tip of the hat to Louie Jordan, Memphis Minnie, Denise LaSalle and all who have influenced her style. The band members have appeared and toured with everyone from Kim Wilson to Charlie Musselwhite, Lazy Lester, Louisiana Red, James Harmon, Gary Primich, Mark Hummel, Billy Boy Arnold, Johnnie Dyer, Alberta Adams and Yard Dog Jones.
