established since 1982 by Rico (vocals), Ipang (guitar), Holdun (guitar), Danang (bass) and Tony (drums) as a tribute band of The Rolling Stones. 2 years later, Ading came repalcing Tony, then Anto came in the line up as a keyboardist. In 1988, Acid Speed release their 1st LP " Julia " and began their 1st tour on Jawa-Bali-Sulawesi. In 2004, Rico began his new career as an engineer in oil company and he was replacing with Boy and started recording their new materials for their 2nd LP. But the 2nd LP never release because there's a lot internal problems. In 2007, Acid cameback with their new line up : Rico, Ipang, Coki, RoMs, Idel and Pace
