You Don't Ask Your Parents For Permission to Rock!

About Me

I love all animals (though pandas are the best and dogs kick ass), '80s rock, farcical comedies, vegetables, curry, Indian food, Chevy Chase, talking about Mötley Crüe or Ash and going to the cinema. I'm vegetarian, I have an admin-oreintated 9-5 within PR and I am interested in Psychology and Marketing. I sometimes like sneaky red aftershocks of an evening - the sneakier the better!
Prob-lem?
I am very sad as I have just lost Zig after 20 years of her being the best goldfish ever! She put up a good fight but she was just too old! :( This is her when she was young and fit.
Thanks to Andrew, I have also adopted a beautiful Tawny Owl named Wally from 'World of Owls' in Randalstown. Wally was found in Lancashire and had been abandoned by his mother just after he was born. A volunteer from World of Owls took care of baby Wally and he was 'adopted' by the volunteer's Staffordshire Terrier! He was then given a home in World of Owls, where he now happily resides with his girlfriend, another Tawny Owl named Truffle.
This is Wally at six weeks old!!

This is Lucy the Red Panda at Belfast zoo and she is brilliant:

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Chevy Chase, Juliette Lewis, Ryan Reynolds, Nikki Sixx (or any Mötley Crüe member).

I would like to meet Tia at Ballymena Dogs Trust - she is so cute!

Lets not forget Hubble at Leeds Dogs Trust who has been named Britain's ugliest dog due to his poor facial injuries, (possibly caused by a badger bite when he was left abandoned and tied to a tree in woodland near Leeds.) I think he is adoreable! He needs a caring home and would make the perfect doggy pal, I'd def love to meet this wee guy!

If you can give them, or any other wee guys like them, a caring, loving home then go visit the Dogs Trust Website

Guess who has been lucky enough to be rehomed after their stay at Salisbury Dogs Trust, it's Phoebe and George!

And...Tiger from Evesham Dogs Trust!!

Remember everyone - 'A dog is for life, not just for Christmas.'

Andrew and I have also become volunteer dog walkers at Mid-Antrim Animal Sanctuary - they are desparate for volunteers, so if you like dogs and walks and are ever around Antrim you should go in and offer your services, the dogs love the exercise and the company, find out more about Mid-Antrim Animal Sanctuary here
