CURRENT MOON moon infotalking, photography, reading, dancing, plants (mostly herbs), learning new things, driving nowhere, driving fast, taking my time, staying in bed all day with my man, Miami, the beach, faeries, tattoos, our earth, dreams, anything mystical or metaphysical, warm weather, music, funky socks, shopping, incense, candles, lilies, mummies and all things Egyptian, Scotland, castles, nature, museums, drinking coke, old cemeteries, turn-of-the-century buildings, Houston, butterflies, being spontaneous-I don't usually have a plan for anything, I just go with the flow, my interests change frequently as I learn new things then get bored with them.
I'd like to meet:
I've got great friends, but there's always room for more. Like the song goes, "Make new friends but keep the old, one is silver and the other's gold†I’m only here for friends. As far as meeting anyone famous, I'd love to meet Fred Astaire, Eleanor Powell, Marilyn Monroe, Gene Kelley, Stephen Richards, and a few others.
Music:
I LOVE 311, Sublime, Gwen Stefani, Maroon 5, Dido, Nelly Furtado, The Cranberries, The Foo Fighters, Madonna, Taproot, Pink Floyd, Janis Joplin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Mamas and the Papas, pretty much anything from any genre with country being at the very bottom of the list...I'd rather listen to classical! anything I can dance to, bang my head to, chill to,(and TRY to sing to!) etc... you get the picture.....
Movies:
My all time fave is "What Dreams May Come",
And if you haven't figured it out I'm a fan of Alice in Wonderland!I like scary movies, comedies, romances, romantic comedies, and yes, I admit, I like musicals.
Books:
Again, "What Dreams May Come" is my fave, I also like Nicholas Sparks'(pretty much all his books, I always wonder if he's as romantic as his books) "The Notebook" and "A Walk to Remember", Anne Rule, historical romances
Heroes:
My dad (who adopted me)and gave me a great life and my biological mom who I thank everyday for giving me the opportunity to live. All of our military , present and past.
