Music:

Like I said in my interests ... I like all music.

- The Mummy
- Independence Day
- Hitch
- Enemy of the State
- Men in Black

- The Day After Tomorrow - Pursuit of Happyness

Television:

- Grey's Anatomy

Books:

I don't really have a favorite. I'm reading Gary Chapman's The Five Languages of Apologies. Not as good as The Five Love Languages, but still interesting reading.

Heroes:

This could be a long one.
Jesus Christ - For never giving up on me. Everyone knows the story of how He died for me. For us ... but the fact that He has never given up on me and for all the times I've screwed up royally and He still comes through. Even with the stupid little stuff that you wouldn't think that the Ruler of the Universe woudl care about ... it's amazing.
My Husband, Jamie - He's an amazing man of God. He's an amazing provider. He has, since day one, provided me with more support than anyone I've ever known. I don't just mean food, money, that kind of support ... but he has seen me at my best and my worst. He has stood by me, literally through thick and thin ... When it looked like I had screwed up things for us financially that would effect us in years to come ... he didn't freak out ... he just simply came up with a solution and walked me through it. He is without a doubt my best friend and the one thing stable in my life. I don't know where I would be today without him.
My Mom - I don't even know where to begin. She loves me so much ... and even in her worst times, I've never felt unloved or hated. I have known when I've pissed her off and when I've let her down ... but that keeps me humble and keeps me on my toes. She doesn't let me forget that friendship and trust has to be earned and kept ... Love comes unconditionally and she has shown that to me over the years.
My Father and My Brother - They have both stood by me in thick and thin. My father has kept me sharp when it comes to sneaking up on people, humor, sarcasm, trains, and the love of bagpipes. Dad has always been my roller coaster buddy. He taught me to love going fast and to take risks. If it weren't for his amazing career in the US Coast Guard, I wouldn't have the friends I have today.
My brother is truly one of a kind. From day one, he has kept my life interesting. From chasing me around the living room to pull my hair, to helping me make up foreign languages while we traveled, to sharing his love of PUNK / SKA / EMO music, he has taught me a lot.
My best friend Sara - The keeper of my heart and guardian of my purity. Ever since we were in middle school, Sara has taken it upon herself to guard me and protect me. Even when there wasn't anythign to really protect me from. And now that we're adults ... she's in the US Navy ... protecting our Country and doing what many wouldn't and don't want to do. She's an amazing woman of God and the strongest person I've ever known.
My best friend Megan - At the age of 23, Megan as lost both her Mother and Father. Both were taken away suddenly and without any warning ... Megan is strong ... she still takes care of her younger brother and sister ... who though are adults themselves, are looking for that motherly role in their lives. She has been willing to give up a chance at a normal life and to be with the man of her dreams to stay behind and take care of the loose ends. She too is an amazing woman and plays a strong role in anyone's live she touches.
