Started in the fall of 2007, Bocksbeutel was the result of 10 years of musical experience spanning several genres. Heavily influenced by punk sound and politics, a raw, abrasive, and unforgiving form of powernoise was formed, a reaction to the current trend of "undustrial" bands, seeking fame by producing bland, warm, inviting, generic thumping sounds at 120bpm, or pretentious twits who embrace fascism/hate speech as "art."
2008 marked the first live show opening for XuberX as well as heavy studio upgrades. Finishing touches are being added to the original versions with a working demo CD expected around October
