About Me

I haven't done much, okay ANYTHING, to this page in years, literally. I'm leaving all the old info up for now (most of it is still pretty true), but I think I'll make some changes in the near future, so stay tuned!!!I enjoy reading and spending lots of time with my family's 2 dogs. I am very liberal minded, but with a quiet, conservative exterior. I would like to do outdoor activities much more often than I do; things like day hiking, weekend camping, going to the ocean, etc, but nothing too extreme. I'm a strict vegetarian. I'm a devoted recycler and consider myself a moderate environmentalist. I'm kind of on the shy side until I get comfortable with people (or had a few drinks :). I try to be a nice person and to be considerate of others.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'm interested in meeting friends who like to do outdoor activities, go out to eat (who doesn't like to eat, right?), and who love animals. I would love to have people to go to concerts with (at stadiums or at local clubs), travel with and go to plays/musicals with (either major productions or local theater). I'm also interested in meeting people who would like to do volunteer work with me; things like planting trees, beach cleanups, helping at animal sanctuaries, etc. I generally get along with all types of people, but more outgoing people tend to bring out the outgoing part of me (which is usually hidden away).
