I recently became a single mom and have two college-aged kids. I have always LOVED being a mom - teaching my kids from the time they were in my belly! LOL! I was able to leave my corporate job - after making some drastic changes in our lifestyle so I could be at home and raise them. Being there for all those little "firsts" was my priority, BIG time! I actually got to home school them for several years - teaching them, and learning a few things myself. . . Latin, Greek, lots of hands-on projects in history, science, math and of course, reading books and writing papers was a part of our daily regime - for fun we had quilting, cross stitch, gardening and the kids enjoyed studying piano/music, dance for my daughter, guitar, baseball and basketball for my son.But when they reached high school age, I wanted to better prepare them for college by putting them in a private high school. However, since I'd left my corporate job, there was little, if anything leftover to save for their education - so, since I'd been out of the workforce for more than a DECADE and had no degree, I began searching for a business. I'd had past experiences with home party plan business and wanted NOTHING to do with them as I'd always, not only gotten stuck with a garage full of products I coudln't get rid of in a garage sale - but a much larger DEBT than when I'd started. I began looking online the beginning of 2001, and it took several months of finding some of the most unethical, dishonest scams I'd ever heard of - I almost gave up. But then found a Team that has helped me to achieve my goals in a way I never thoguht possible - that was 7 years ago now.Today, I'm enjoying a financial peace of mind I never thought possible and helping others to do the same!
My Interests
I'd like to meet:
Others who are interested in making the world a better place - who think "outside the box" and would rather write their own "script" and work for themselves than follow the herd - those that travel the road less traveled.
