22 Ways to be a good democrat
1. You have to be against capital punishment, but support abortion on demand.
2. You have to believe that businesses create oppression and governments create prosperity.
3. You have to believe that guns in the hands of law-abiding Americans are more of a threat than U.S. nuclear weapons technology in the hands of Chinese and North Korean communists.
4. You have to believe that there was no art before Federal funding.
5. You have to believe that global temperatures are less affected by cyclical documented changes in the earth's climate and more affected by soccer moms driving SUV's.
6. You have to believe that gender roles are artificial but being homosexual is natural.
7. You have to believe that the AIDS virus is spread by a lack of federal funding.
8. You have to believe that the same teacher who can't teach 4th-graders how to read is somehow qualified to teach those same kids about sex.
9. You have to believe that hunters don't care about nature, but urban activists who have never been outside of San Francisco do.
10. You have to believe that having self-esteem is more important than actually doing something to earn it.
11. You have to believe that Mel Gibson spent $25 million of his own money to make The Passion Of The Christ for financial gain only.
12. You have to believe the NRA is bad because it supports certain parts of the Constitution, while the ACLU is good because it supports certain parts of the Constitution.
13. You have to believe that taxes are too low, but ATM fees are too high.
14. You have to believe that Margaret Sanger and Gloria Steinem are more important to American history than Thomas Jefferson, Gen. Robert E. Lee, and Thomas Edison.
15. You have to believe that standardized tests are racist, but racial quotas and set-asides are not.
16. You have to believe that Hillary Clinton is normal and is a very nice person.
17. You have to believe that the only reason socialism hasn't worked anywhere it's been tried is because the right people haven't been in charge.
18. You have to believe conservatives telling the truth belong in jail, but a liar and a sex offender belonged in the White House.
19. You have to believe that homosexual parades displaying drag, transvestites, and bestiality should be constitutionally protected, and manger scenes at Christmas should be illegal.
20. You have to believe that illegal Democratic Party funding by the Chinese government is somehow in the best interest to the United States.
21. You have to believe that John Kerry’s Purple Hearts are legitimate, and that a Massachusetts Senator more liberal than Teddy Kennedy can be elected President of the United States.
22. You have to believe that this message is a part of a vast, right wing conspiracy.

Libs in favor of law breaking - immigration
I just saw a video on the news of people protesting a speech given at a college by Tom Tancredo, who was speaking on illegal immigration.
Protestors shouted at attendees and spat on organizers. They held up signs calling attendees racists and comparing them to the KKK.
Stupid liberals. Typical. Apparently a group who hates people based on the color of their skin and used to kill and tourment them, is the same as someone saying people should follow the law when coming to our country.
I still don't understand how some people can be so smart and still be liberal. How do smart people defend this sort of thing? How can you look at idiots like this and not realize how much smarter republicans are?

Dems put themselves above their country
The democrats don't want John Bolton to be Ambassador to the U.N. because he's too much of a tough guy who won't give in.
Now, Howard Dean is head of the DNC, and dems are singing a different tune. "I hope Governor Dean will remember that he didn't get elected to be a wimp," said DNC member Gilda Cobb-Hunter, a South Carolina state representative. "We have been waiting a long time for someone to stand up for Democrats."
Wow. That's a little odd. The Democrats didn't want a tough guy to represent their country at the U.N. They didn't want a tough guy to be their President. And now, they do want a tough guy to represent their party.
If it's true, that "what's good for the goose should be good for the gander," then Democrats would be saying "We have been waiting a long time for someone to stand up for America." Unfortunately, that's not what the commies on the left are saying. They think America should be represented by a wuss that will cave in and not stand up for the USA.

Suggestions for the new Democratic mantra
We believe in...
The poor, unless they pay taxes,
Women, unless they are feminine,
Children unless they are unborn, Minorities unless they are successful,
Religion unless it's Christian,
"Choice" except when it comes to schools, taxes, and national defense,
War on Poverty but not a War on Terror or War on Drugs,
and we believe in America except when at war.

Who's the Nazi now? (For the left so quick to compare conservatives to Hitler)
Soon after Hiltler took power, the Nazis formulated policy based on their vision of biologically "pure" population, to create an "Aryan master race." The "Law for the Prevention of Progeny with Hereditary Diseases," proclaimed July 14, 1933, forced the sterilization of all persons who suffered from diseases considered hereditary, such as mental illness (schizophfrenia and manic depression), retardation ("congenital feeble-mindedness"), physical deformithy, epilepsy, blindness, deafness, and severe alcolholism.
Hm, ok, go on...
Appeals courts were also established, but few decisions were ever reversed. Exemptions were sometimes given artists or other talented persons afflicted with mental illnesses. The "Sterilization Law" was followed by the Marriage Law of 1935, which required for all marriages proof that any offspring from the union would not be afflicted with a disabling hereditary disease.
A history of few decisions being reversed in appeals courts? ok
Popular films such as Das Erbe ("Inheritance") helped build public support for government policies by stigmatizing the mentally ill and the handicapped and highlighting the costs of care. School mathematics books posed such questions as: "The construction of a lunatic asylum costs 6 million marks. How many houses at 15,000 marks each could have been built for that amount?"
What was that about the cost of keeping Terri alive, Senator?
Forced sterilization in Germany was the forerunner of the systematic killing of the mentally ill and the handicapped. In October 1939, Hitler himself initiated a decree which empowered physicians to grant a "mercy death" to "patients considered incurable according to the best available human judgment of their state of health." The intent of the socalled "euthanasia" program, however, was not to relieve the suffering of the chronically ill. The Nazi regime used the term as a euphemism: its aim was to exterminate the mentally ill and the handicapped, thus "cleansing" the Aryan race of persons considered genetically defective and a financial burden to society.
You mean starving someone to death isn't a "mercy death?"
Fearful of public reaction, the Nazi regime never proposed a formal "euthanasia" law. Unlike the forced sterilizations, the killing of patients in mental asylums and other institutions was carried out in secrecy. The code name was "Operation T4," a reference to Tiergartenstrasse 4, the address of the Berlin Chancellery offices where the program was headquartered. Physicians, the most highly Nazified professional group in Germany, were key to the success of "T4," since they organized and carried out nearly, all aspects of the operation.
Killing of the helpless SHOULD be in private. It's none of our business!
The "euthanasia" killings continued, however, under a different, decentralized form. Hitler's regime continued to send to physicians and the general public the message that mental patients were "useless eaters" and "life unworthy of life." In 1941, the film Ich klage an ("I accuse") in which a professor kills his incurably ill wife, was viewed by 18 million people. Doctors were encouraged to decide on their own who should live or die, Killing became part of hospital routine as infants, children, and adults were put to death by starvation, poisoning, and injections.
Oh? mentally handicapped people were put to death by starvation because they were "useless eaters" and "life unworthy of life?" Interesting...
In all, between 200,000 and 250,000 mentally and physically handicapped persons were murdered from 1939 to 1945 under the T4 and other "euthanasia" programs. The magnitude of these crimes and the extent to which they prefigured the "final solution" continue to be studied.
Hmm. Interesting. Me personally? I don't support society being cleansed of people like Terri Schiavo.

More about Terri...
Yesterday I was busy and I didn't eat. This is the morning after and I'm pretty much hurtin. This is the 5th day that Terri Schiavo has gone without food and water, thanks to the wishes of liberals. They fight for supplying poor children with food, while at the same time fighting for the mentally handicapped to be starved.
Cops are strip-searching her parents before they visit her to make sure they don't bring water to their dehydrated daughter. Can you imagine? What if there were some beached whales, and cops were standing there to make sure nobody pushed them back into the water? Would never happen.
As I've said before... as an American, you have the right to deny medical treatment. Food and water is NOT medical treatment, and these are all that Terri requires to live, as you and I do. If a mentally competent person denies themselves the same thing that the law is denying Terri, food, then they are sent to a clinic for people with eating disorders.

Liberals fight for a husband's right to torture his wife

So I'm sure everyone is tired of hearing about Terri Schiavo, but I have something to say. Why is it that the liberals, who pride themselves on compaaasssssiiiooonnn, think it's appropriate for Terri's "husband" to allow her to be starved and dehydrated to death?
Terri is NOT a vegetable. She has a feeding tube, NOT a breathing tube.
Since when does a husband's authority over his wife supercede his wife's rights as a human? That sounds like how they run things in the Middle East.
"Oh, but he loves his wife and doesn't want to see her like this." Bullshit. A loving husband would be BY HER BEDSIDE, NOT out having 2 children with a girlfriend, and waiting for his wife to die so he can get his hands on her $1.2 million. What a loving guy. "Until death do us part" does not apply to her husband, for some reason. He has given up his wedding vows a long time ago. Why should he get to keep the right to decide on a post-birth abortion for his wife? She did not have her wishes in writing, and we are supposed to go based on what she supposedly told her husband once?
Liberals don't seem to support her Constitutional right, as a living person, to have due process in a Federal court before she is murdered.
Terri requires less help and artifical support than Christopher Reeve did. In that case, should we have killed the man who played Superman too?
And you KNOW the liberals would be on the other side of this if it was a dog or a whale that was being starved to death, rather than a handicapped woman. That's a liberal for ya.

Liberals fight for protection of terrorists over protection of citizens

There has been a proposal to send suspected terrorists back to their home countries for interogation. This has liberals in an hissy fit because some countries like Syria, Lybia, and Egypt use torture to interrogate people. The liberals would prefer the foreign terrorists to stay in America, hide behind the ACLU and use your tax dollars to get an over-paid lawyer.
They want Geneva Convention rights for terrorists, but when have captured Americans EVER been given Geneva Convention rights? We give captive muslims prayer rugs, prayer beads, copies of the Koran, let them know the direction of Mecca so they can pray in that direction, and those who are killed in combat receive a burial. What do captured Americans receive? Torture, a video taped plea for help, a shot to the head or a knife to the neck, and the body is drug through the street and hung from a bridge.
Why is the left so ready to scream out for help to protect terrorists but they offer no plan of action (or sense of concern) for citizens of these countries who are subject to having their tongues cut out for speaking their political minds?

The Anti-American LA Times

There have been all kinds of accusations that George Bush and Donald Rumsfeld ordered the mistreatment of prisoners at Grab-an-Arab prison, but the most recent study found the following -
"The Pentagon's widest-ranging examination of prisoner abuse at U.S. detention facilities has concluded that there was no deliberate high-level policy that led to numerous cases of mistreatment, and instead blames inept leadership at low levels and confusion over changing interrogation rules, according to government and defense officials who have read the report."
This failed to make it into the LA Times today because it conflicts with their agenda to take down this administration and to undermine the war. The NY Times isn't much better. Anything that makes America or Bush look bad, makes the front page, above the fold. Anything that makes us look good or unites us behind the military and the action against terrorism, doesn't get mentioned. Example: The Grab-an-Arab prison scandal with panties on the head received FORTY-EIGHT front page mentions. The first beheading of American Nick Berg received less than 10.
Tell me, why would the NY Times think that putting panties on heads was worth 5 times the coverage that the video-taped removal of an American cranium was? Because anything that makes America look "bad" is 5 times more valuable to the Times than anything that would unite Americans against the enemy.
Why do conservatives generally win arguments with liberals?
It's just easier when you have common sense and a basic understanding of logistical theory on your side.
Let's compare methods of national security...
A Democrat's approach:
On December 6, 1941, Japan was not a threat. FDR did not enter into WWII until we were attacked on December 7, 1941. Now, the war had been going on for a couple years and Hitler had gained power. By the time we finally involved and ended the war, we had lost all those people at Pearl Harbor, we lost 407,000 American soldiers, and 6,000,000 Jews who were burned in the ovens.
A Republican's approach:
George W. Bush has looked at a potential threat and gone after it before the threat has fully materialized. If a threat is immenent, it's too late. Bush is working to stop a potential future Pearl Harbor or 9/11, and done it with minimal American casualties, relatively speaking compared to WWII.
The Democrats would rather wait until your wife, brother, or daughter is killed before they want to do anything about it.
The Republicans would rather you keep ALL of your family members.
What if we had prevented 9/11....???
.....Bush would have been impeached.
"What if.....?"

AN ALTERNATIVE HISTORY:
by Gregg Easterbrook

Washington, April 9, 2004. A hush fell over the city as George W. Bush today became the first president of the United States ever to be removed from office by impeachment. Meeting late into the night, the Senate unanimously voted to convict Bush following a trial on his bill of impeachment from the House.
Moments after being sworn in as the 44th president, Dick Cheney said that disgraced former national security adviser Condoleezza Rice would be turned over to the Hague for trial in the International Court of Justice as a war criminal. Cheney said Washington would "firmly resist" international demands that Bush be extradited for prosecution as well.
On August 7, 2001, Bush had ordered the United States military to stage an all-out attack on alleged terrorist camps in Afghanistan. Thousands of U.S. special forces units parachuted into this neutral country, while air strikes targeted the Afghan government and its supporting military. Pentagon units seized abandoned Soviet air bases throughout Afghanistan, while establishing support bases in nearby nations such as Uzbekistan. Simultaneously, FBI agents throughout the United States staged raids in which dozens of men accused of terrorism were taken prisoner.
Reaction was swift and furious. Florida Senator Bob Graham said Bush had "brought shame to the United States with his paranoid delusions about so-called terror networks." British Prime Minister Tony Blair accused the United States of "an inexcusable act of conquest in plain violation of international law." White House chief counterterrorism advisor Richard Clarke immediately resigned in protest of "a disgusting exercise in over-kill."
When dozens of U.S. soldiers were slain in gun battles with fighters in the Afghan mountains, public opinion polls showed the nation overwhelmingly opposed to Bush's action. Political leaders of both parties called on Bush to withdraw U.S. forces from Afghanistan immediately. "We are supposed to believe that attacking people in caves in some place called Tora Bora is worth the life of even one single U.S. soldier?" former Nebraska Senator Bob Kerrey asked.
When an off-target U.S. bomb killed scores of Afghan civilians who had taken refuge in a mosque, Spanish Prime Minister Jose Aznar announced a global boycott of American products. The United Nations General Assembly voted to condemn the United States, and Washington was forced into the humiliating position of vetoing a Security Council resolution declaring America guilty of "criminal acts of aggression."
Bush justified his attack on Afghanistan, and the detention of 19 men of Arab descent who had entered the country legally, on grounds of intelligence reports suggesting an imminent, devastating attack on the United States. But no such attack ever occurred, leading to widespread ridicule of Bush's claims. Speaking before a special commission created by Congress to investigate Bush's anti-terrorism actions, former national security adviser Rice shocked and horrified listeners when she admitted, "We had no actionable warnings of any specific threat, just good reason to believe something really bad was about to happen."
The president fired Rice immediately after her admission, but this did little to quell public anger regarding the war in Afghanistan. When it was revealed that U.S. special forces were also carrying out attacks against suspected terrorist bases in Indonesia and Pakistan, fury against the United States became universal, with even Israel condemning American action as "totally unjustified."
Speaking briefly to reporters on the South Lawn of the White House before a helicopter carried him out of Washington as the first-ever president removed by impeachment, Bush seemed bitter. "I was given bad advice," he insisted. "My advisers told me that unless we took decisive action, thousands of innocent Americans might die. Obviously I should not have listened."
Announcing his candidacy for the 2004 Republican presidential nomination, Senator John McCain said today that "George W. Bush was very foolish and naïve; he didn't realize he was being pushed into this needless conflict by oil interests that wanted to seize Afghanistan to run a pipeline across it." McCain spoke at a campaign rally at the World Trade Center in New York City.

Democrat vs. Republican...
Democrats: We prefer to spare your feelings.
Republicans: We prefer to spare your life.
Democrat: People for the Ethical Treatment of Criminals
Invite a group a friends to come over and watch an episode of COPS. You can tell who is a Democrat and who is Republican. The Democrats are pullin for the criminals. The Republicans are pulling for the police. The Democrats will justify why the criminal has the right to try to run or fight back and why the cops are evil for using force to stop the bad people.
Before your dumbass says that Bush could have stopped 9/11, consider this..."
The CIA had intelligence saying 9/11 would happen.
The FBI, CIA, England, and Russia had intelligence saying Saddam had weapons of mass destruction.
Should Bush have acted to stop 9/11? If you think so, then you also agree that he should have gone after Saddam.
Remember..... "intelligence" is not 100% accurate. that is why it's called "intelligence."Intelligence is defined as "The capacity to acquire and apply knowledge." Look at people. The more stuff a person knows, the more intelligent they are. They can be intelligent without knowing EVERYTHING. Come on. Lets not be idiots here. It's not hard to understand.
DONT FORGET that we don't need PROOF to go after people like Saddam. "Innocent until proven guilty" only applies to Americans. That's what our ancestors fought and died for. It's one of the reasons that the USA is the best country on Earth. I know I know, some of you leftists would argue how Iraq is so much better, and I guess by "better" you mean that it's nice because anyone who speaks out against their government will be set on fire, thrown in a hole, and buried before they are even dead. I personally prefer the good ol' USA!
How would Bush have stopped 9/11? Racially profile 19 middle eastern men by keeping them off flights? The destructive ACLU would sue the hell out of the government because there was no "imminent threat."
US is near catching Bin Laden
MARK MY WORDS...
Today, Sept. 4, 2004, I read an article saying we were close to catching Bin Laden. There are 2 things that I promise will happen...
1. If we catch him before the election, the media will come out saying that we were hiding him until closer to the election to help Bush get a boost before the election.
2. If we catch him afterwards and John Kerry has won the election, the media will come out saying that Bush couldn't catch Bin Laden but Kerry did and we owe it all to him.
I suppose we could also catch bin Laden after the election if Bush wins too, and then it will be said that it took too long.
But mark my words... If Bush wins, number 1 will be true. If Kerry wins, number 2 will be true. Damn the liberal media.
It's funny how liberals will call America's soliders "Baby Killers" but then the same liberals support abortion. If that doesn't tell you how wacky and ridiculous liberals are, then you are probably an idiot liberal yourself who was born without the part of the brain that uses common sense.
If you are pro-choice AT LEAST BE CONSISTENT and support the death penalty for criminals.
Bush is just as evil as the terrorists
If you say Bush is just as evil as the terrorists because innocent people have died in the war, that's messed up. There is a difference between accidental human casualties and targeted civial attacks. For those of you who say "it doesn't matter.... death is death," then I pose this to you. If death is all the same, then maybe people who are sentenced to death in the USA shouldn't get off as easily as only having a lethal injection. Rather than killing them with a hypodermic needle, we could feed them feet-first into a paper-shredder. I mean, after all, killing is killing. Doesn't matter how you do it, right?
THE BUSH TAX CUT FOR DUMMIES!
"Tax cuts for the rich." Blah blah blah. Shut the hell up. Did you know...
The top 1% of wage earners pay 37.4% of all federal income taxes.
The top 5% of wage earners pay 56.5% of all federal income taxes.
The top 10% of wage earners pay 67.3% of all federal income taxes.
The top 25% of wage earners pay 84% of all federal income taxes.
oooh, looks like we are running out of taxes left to be paid and we are only 1/4 of the way through the population of workers.
The top 50% of wage earners pay 96.09% of federal income taxes.
So, you are good at math right? In case you aren't, that means that HALF of the workers in America only pay 3.6% of the taxes! If you aren't paying taxes, why would you get a break? You probably also think it's fair that the top 50% of Americans pay almost ALL the taxes.
Also, have you ever gotten a job from a poor person? Probably not. So you give business owners some money back, and they hire more people, which is exactly what happened, and the past quarter was the strongest in the last 20 years and unemployment is low and getting lower. Don't wait for the liberal media to tell you that Bush got us out of the recession he inherrited from the end of Clinton's term, and that Bush got us out of the recession caused by 9/11. They just conveniently leave that out; however, they are no longer bitching about the economy anymore, because it's good now.
Proof that liberalism is a mental disorder
The liberal media gave the Abu Graihab prison scandal a LOT more coverage than the beheadings of Americans. They'd like to convince you that it was more evil of us to put panties on the heads of prisoners than it was for terrorists to remove the heads of Americans.
The SAD thing is, some of you idiots agree with the media on that.
Republicans and patriots look for the good in the United States and see the bad in the terrorists. Liberals and unpatriotic America-haters will INSIST on seeing the good in the terrorists and the bad in America. That's messed up. Go to France or Canada. We don't want you here.
Gays already have the right to marry. No special rights!
Here is everyone's equal right. EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the United States over the age of 18 has the right to marry someone of the opposite sex. EVERYONE. So stop all the crap about gays not having equal rights. A gay man has the same right as a straight man... to marry a woman of legal age, and vice versa for women.
You CAN'T start changing laws because people have different lifestyles and preferences. You start by giving SPECIAL rights to gays. "Well gays are born that way and we should let them have what they want because they can't help it." Ok, what comes next? (this is harsh but i guarantee this will come next.) Special rights for child molesters? I mean, they were born that way and can't help it. What about men who want to marry 5 women? It's their lifestyle preference. How about Billy Joe Bob and his donkey?
I know some potheads that don't drink alcohol, but love pot. EVERYONE over the age of 21 has the right to enjoy alcohol... men, women, gays, potheads, everyone. Can't they say, "Hey it's not fair. The substance that helps me relax isn't legal, and I can't stand alcohol which IS legal. That's a violation of my rights." When you start giving people rights based on lifestyle choices, the country will go down the shitter.
More Clinton administration scandal. Barely covered in the media.
Clinton's former National Security Advisor, Sandy Berger, is under scrutiny by the Justice Departing because he left the National Archives with TOP-SECRET, CLASSIFIED TERRORISM documents stuffed in his pants and socks. These documents were supposed to be turned over to the 9/11 Commission, but were aparently put in this guy's trousers instead. Imagine if it was a republican who did that? If Condoleeza Rice did that, she'd be on the front page of every news paper in the country. Funny how these "unbiased" news organizations give democrats the upper hand.
Democrats support racist programs
rac·ism (n.)
---1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.
---2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
Why do democrats try to say that republicans are racist, when it's the democrats that support racist programs, like affirmative action? affirmative action will make companies hire more minorites, women, gays, midgets, handicapped, etc, regardless of their qualifications. HEY DUMMY...Can you not even see that the democrats are saying "YOU ARE TOO STUPID to do anything on your own. the white man is superior to you and you need our help to get you a job, and BECAUSE you are (insert minority here), you will be given preference for the job, and the more qualified person will be discriminated against because 'he's not the right color."
Let's also not forget that it was democrats that founded the KKK. How about Democratic Senator Robert Byrd, who was a member of the Klan for 5 years.
Republicans don't support that point of view, so why do they get called racists? What, they don't "reach out to the black community?" What the hell does that mean? I THOUGHT the civil rights movement got rid of the "black community" and turned it into one community. Sorry, I wasn't aware that blacks needed special reaching out to. Why do the Democrats suggest we "reach out to the black community?" Are they saying they are inferior to whites and they need special help that they would get by a republican reaching out to the general community? why are the democrats tryin to keep them down? why are they always trying to make them feel like a victim?
Yeah, Republicans are racist. That's why George W. Bush's Secretary of State is a black man and his National Security Advisor is a black female. What blacks have democrat presidents put in their cabinet? Hmm.
If the NAACP is for the ADVANCEMENT of colored people, why don't they support Bush's plan for school vouchers? that plan says that if your school doesn't perform in a successful way, you can take your school tax money and go to another school. don't people blame inner city schools for problems in this so-called "black community?" well, Bush's plan would allow for kids trapped in the inner city to GET OUT of the inner city and get to better performing schools. I can tell you why the NAACP doesn't support this. It's very basic and maybe you'll understand....
The more the blacks can do for themselves, the less of a need there is for the NAACP. And when a group like the NAACP grows smaller, it loses it's HUGE political influence. The NAACP is just another group with an agenda.
America is evil If America is such a terrible, evil country, and the world hates us, and our leader is compared to Hitler, then why is everyone trying to come here? Why do we have more immigration to our country than every other country in the world combined?
This is for the idiots who want to raise minimum wage.
Democrats want to raise minimum wage and increase taxes to corporations, AND they want to increase jobs here in the US. Well, you can't have both. When you raise the minimum wage, it gets more expensive to pay US employees, so more companies will outsource their jobs to other countries, leaving even MORE americans unemployed. even if they keeps the jobs here, their products and services will be much more expensive to everyone who purchases them. The companies aren't going to just eat the increase in wage costs, they wil raise their prices to the public to make up for the difference. Sure, we can pay everyone that works at McDonalds $10 per hour, but only if you want to start paying $8 or $9 for a "value meal." Same thing with taxing corporations. HEY MORON, corporations don't pay taxes. They pass them on to consumers. So yeah, go ahead and increase taxes to corporations, but only if you want to spend more money everytime you buy something.
Quotes from the Islamic Holy Book
(and yes, I have muslim friends and middle eastern friends.)
"When you meet the unbelievers, strike off their heads; then when you have made wide slaughter among them, carefully tie up the remaining captives."
-- Holy Qu'ran, Sura xlvii.4
"We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve."
-3:151
"Take them and kill them wherever ye find them. Against such We have given you clear warrant."
-4:91
"I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger."
-8:12
What a black man (Bill Cosby) says about blacks today
"Let me tell you something, your dirty laundry gets out of school at 2:30 every day, it's cursing and calling each other 'nigger' as they're walking up and down the street."
"They think they're hip," the entertainer said. "They can't read; they can't write. They're laughing and giggling, and they're going nowhere."
"I can't even talk the way these people talk, 'Why you ain't,' 'Where you is' ... and I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk," Cosby said then. "And then I heard the father talk ... Everybody knows it's important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can't be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth."
70% of black 4th grade students cannot read.
75% of black children are born out of wedlock.
Yet the democrats will tell the black community that it is whites and republicans that are "keepin the black man down." Those 2 previously listed statistics can be changed by blacks alone. The more family structure, the better the CHANCE of success. It's hard to give a kid a good shot at life when you don't even know "who my baby daddy?"
There are more black people on deathrow than white people, BUT a white man who is eligible for the death penalty is TWICE as likely to get it as a black man.
People will say that is not true because there are more blacks on death row. Well, I'm not going to make any assumptions, but what does the music in the black community promote? How about Ludacris or Snoop Dogg? They promote VIOLENCE, guns, drugs, alcohol, bling-bling, abuse of women, calling each other "nigger", violence agaist the police, and a bunch of other CRAP that is tearing down the black community. What do KIDS in the black community listen to? Typically it's artists such as Ludacris and Snoop Dogg. Blame the parents, blame the rappers, I don't care, but that hardly sounds like the work of the evil white republicans.
Democrats will tell you, "Ronald Reagan let thousands die of AIDS in Africa." Well, hmm, that's funny. Last time I checked, AIDS was a 100% preventable disease. Maybe they should quit screwing each other all the time. In fact, why does a COMPLETELY preventable, BEHAVIORAL disease get the most funding for research? Why can't the money go to cancer research, or blindness, or deafness, or other things that people with morals get?
Punks for John Kerry = HYPOCRITES
Hey!!! What's up with all the "punk rockers" voting for John Kerry? I thought that fundamentally, punks were "anti-establishment" and anti-government. First of all, that means they shouldn't be voting at all, But if they are, why are they voting for the party of BIG goverment who increases our rules and therefore takes away more of our freedom? Wouldn't they vote Republican? Smaller government? Less of the government telling you how to live your life? Keeping more of your money rather than the government stealing it to give to someone else? Or has "punk" become such a trend, and these clueless kids see "bush-hating" as the cool thing to do. How many of these kids actually KNOW why they hate bush? How many of these anit-bush kids actually pay attention to politics? Can they name the vice president? the national security advisor? secretary of defense? secretary of state? probably not, but i bet they could tell you all about britney spears or tell you the best way to get your mohawk to stay up.
MICHAEL MOORE IS A GENIUS!
He has perfected the art of persuading you to lie to yourself. He is brilliant at creating a false impression without speaking a false word (for the most part. but he DOES lie). He has mastered the art of implying a lie and making ignorant people actually believe it!.
By the way, Fahrenheit 9/11 was NOT the highest grossing "documentary" of all time on opening weekend, at around $21 million. There are 2 that beat it. "Jack Ass the Movie" beat it by a million bucks and "The Passion of the Christ" beat it by about 60 million bucks. Just so ya know.
Who lied about weapons of mass destruction?
"If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program."
--President Bill Clinton, DEMOCRAT, Feb. 17, 1998
"He will use those weapons of mass destruction again, as he has ten times since 1983."
--Sandy Berger, Clinton National Security Adviser, DEMOCRAT, Feb, 18, 1998
"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process."
--Representative Nancy Pelosi (CA), DEMOCRAT, Dec. 16, 1998
"Hussein has ... chosen to spend his money on building weapons of mass destruction and palaces for his cronies."
-- Madeline Albright, Clinton Secretary of State, DEMOCRAT, Nov. 10, 1999
"We know that he has stored secret supplies of biological and chemical weapons throughout his country."
-- Former Vice President, Al Gore, DEMOCRAT, Sept. 23, 2002
"We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction."
-- Senator (MA) Ted Kennedy, DEMOCRAT, Sept. 27, 2002
"There is unmistakable evidence that Saddam Hussein is working aggressively to develop nuclear weapons and will likely have nuclear weapons within the next five years ... We also should remember we have always underestimated the progress Saddam has made in development of weapons of mass destruction."
-- Senator (WV) Jay Rockefeller, DEMOCRAT, Oct 10, 2002
"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members ... It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
-- Senator (NY) Hillary Clinton, DEMOCRAT, Oct 10, 2002
"We are in possession of what I think to be compelling evidence that Saddam Hussein has, and has had for a number of years, a developing capacity for the production and storage of weapons of mass destruction."
-- Senator (FL) Bob Graham, DEMOCRAT, Dec. 8, 2002
"Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime ... He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation ... And now he is miscalculating America's response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction ... So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real..."
-- Senator (MA) JOHN KERRY, DEMOCRAT RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT, Jan. 23. 2003
So why wasn't anyone bitching when the Democrats said it? And lets not forget Clinton did attack Iraq for this reason, or, well, atleast it was what he did to get his BLOWJOB out of the news. Why didn't anyone call them "liers?" I mean, the whole "lie" started before George W. Bush was even in office. If Saddam had ever bombed America, everyone who says Bush lied, are the same people who blame him for not doing anything about it.
Basically, Bush was DAMNED if he did and DAMNED if he didn't.
Why the war is NOT illegal. Listen, you might learn something.
As you probably didn't know, we went to war with Iraq in 1991. We kicked their ass. We signed a cease-fire agreement (which means we would stop kicking their ass) but it also meant they had to agree to a few things. When Saddam did NOT abide by these things, we had every right to RESUME THE HOSTILITES because he didn't live up to his end of the bargain. THAT is how a cease-fire agreement works!
"Oh well we should have gone to the UN!!!!" You probably also didn't know that we DID go to the UN. We gave Saddam TWELVE years and the UN wrote SEVENTEEN different resolutions for the situation in Iraq, all of which were broken. Now, if you give someone 17 chances to do what you say, how many more do you think it takes until they finally comply? How many more do you give them before people realize you are an idiot who is getting taken advantage of? Through the years, the UN has rendered itself completely impotent. And THANK GOD we don't have a president who requires permission from other countries to defend our own.
"Oh but there was no connection between Saddam and al-Queda, the 9/11 Commission said so!" No they didn't. Sorry. They said there was no evidence that Saddam helped al-Queda with 9/11. HOWEVER, there is significant evidence that there was a connection between Saddam and al-Queda. THAT is what they said, which is EXACTLY what Bush said. He never said Saddam helped with 9/11. He said he had ties to al-Queda. Sorry if your dumb-ass jumped to the wrong conclusion.
How democrats and the mainstream media plays on America's ignorance. I used to think people I disagreed with were still smart, just had a different way of thinking, UNTIL I heard that people let the Michael Moore movie, Fahrenheit 9/11, actually influence they way the think. People that believe propaganda as fact have simply proven themselves ignorant, gullible, and most likely, less intelligent, AND I can safely assume that you don't let common sense have ANY impact on your life!!! If you don't agree with me, hollar at me and I'll tell you why you are wrong! ;-) haha.
Just a few facts wrong with the movie (taken from Fox News). In one often-showed clip, Moore claims that President Bush was on vacation 42 percent of the time during his first several months in office — but that estimation included weekends at Camp David, a common practice for presidents. Without those days figured in, Bush actually spent 13 percent of his time on vacation.
The movie also criticizes Bush for staying inside a Florida classroom full of kids for a full seven minutes after he learned that the country was under attack on Sept. 11, 2001.
However, the vice chairman of the Sept. 11 commission has said that Bush did the right thing. "Bush made the right decision in remaining calm, in not rushing out of the classroom," said Lee Hamilton, a former Democratic congressman from Indiana.
In "Fahrenheit 9/11" (search) Moore also claims that the White House approved plans for planes to pick up relatives of Usama Bin Laden right after the attacks. But according to terrorism czar Richard Clarke, he alone approved the Saudi flights.
(Lets not forget that Clarke was a hold-over from the Clinton administration, who, when he wasn't give a promotion by Bush, wrote a Bush-bashing book full of material that has proven to be bunk.)
In addition, Moore says that the departing Saudis were not properly processed by the FBI when leaving the country. That too is contradicted by the Sept. 11 commission, which said the Saudis were properly interviewed.
Finally, Moore shows prominent members of the Taliban visiting Texas, implying that they were invited by then-Governor Bush. The Taliban delegation, however, was invited to Houston by UNOCAL, a California energy company.
Moore also doesn't mention that the visit was made with the permission of the Clinton administration, which twice met with Taliban members — in 1997 and 1998.
Here comes the common sense test
This is not debatable, this is simply how the 2 parties work.
Here is the logic of a Democrat:
The terrorists didn't behead Nick Berg/Paul Johnson/Kim Sun-il, George Bush did. It was his fault.
-People don't kill other people, GUNS do. It's not the murderer's fault.
-McDonalds is responsible for making kids fat. It's not the parent's fault.
-The cigarette company is responsible for people getting cancer by smoking 300,000 cigs in their life. It's not the smoker's fault.
-The beer company is responsbile for your drunk driving. It's not your fault.
-And coming soon.... AMERICAN AIRLINES IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PLANES CRASHING INTO THE WORLD TRADE TOWERS. I mean, after all, if they had never made the planes, they would have never crashed into the towers.
-Pencils are responsible for misspellings
-It's the girl's fault she got raped because she put herself in a bad situation.
Now, here comes the voice of common sense
Republicans say:
-Terrorists beheaded Nick Berg/Paul Johnson/Kim Sun-il
-The murder killed the person, not the gun.
-The bad speller made the typo.
-The kid made himself fat by having McDonalds super-sized meals twice a day for 5 years.
-The smoke addict caused his cancer by putting cigs in his mouth.
-The alcoholic is responsible for his own drunk driving.
-The terrorists are responsible for crashing the planes on 9/11.
-It's the rapist fault the girl was raped.
-Did that make sense to anyone? It's not rocket science.
How about how Democrats get a disease known as "Selective Amnesia"???
-They will fight Christians whenever they publically display their religion, because of the first amendment, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..." BUT they conveniently leave out the other half othe sentence "........or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
The first amendment was not written to keep religion out of the government, it was written to keep the government out of religion!
Why is it ok for ACLU to force the government to remove any signs of christianity from public places (no crosses on war memorials, no display of the 10 commandments), but the ACLU says it's ok for the government to give land and money for a muslim prayer camp?
I think the best part is hearing democrats say things like "oohhh, the patriot act sucks....it's taking away our civil rights." First of all, the government had the same rights with gansters and drug deals, all it did was extend it to terrorists. and, well, honestly, how many of you will actually be affected by the Patriot Act? What about the laws that democrats pass that take away the rights of EVERY citizen in the affected region...
-The right to have a business that allows smoking, including restaurants, bars, cigar shops, even your own house, which in some places is illegal to smoke in if you have people at your house for business (like personal accountants)
-The right to practice your religion, because it can be considered hate speech
-The right to super-size your meal because it's making america fat. yes, mc donalds is removing super-sizing at the end of 2004 because america is so irresponsible that we have to be babysat
-The right to have spelling bees and valedictorian's in school, because not everyone can win and some people feel left out and it makes them sad.
-The right to spank your kid, because it's apparently more effective to make the kid sit in the corner for 10 minutes and think about what they did.
-The right to say what you want on the radio (see howard stern)
-The right to say things that offend people (see freedom of speech)
Yes, some of those aren't necessarily even l
