Ian has a musical career encompassing blues, rock, jazz and classical music. He has studied and gained ALCM and LLCM(TD) diplomas on the classical guitar but the main focus of his playing is blues, rock and jazz. He has provided the guitar for many West End hit musicals such as "The Rocky Horror Show", "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "Blood Brothers". He has established a thriving guitar teaching practice based in deepest Essex and has produced the NineToFortyTwo on-line guitar tuition web site (http://www.ninetofortytwo.com). He has seen many of his students go on to become respected musicians in their own right.
