P.S.
As u can tell, I like 2 rhyme. Call it rapping or poetry, however u want 2 read it. It’s a way 4 me to express ideas, reactions, feelings, goals, or anything I want 2 talk about. Some of it’s personal, some meaningful, some motivational, and some is just spur of the moment from situations and occurrences in my life. ALL of it is real and from the heart, though. Things constantly change. Whether it’s where u live, who u chill with, what u do, but it’s always good 2 have a plan no matter what. Currently, my first goal is to graduate from Fresno State with a degree in Accounting. I’ve always been good with numbers. I’ve always been told that education is the most important thing and I agree, that’s why I’m here. After graduation, if I am still in somewhat decent shape, I want 2 follow my brother’s footsteps and enlist in the ARMY. I always wanted 2 go, but went 2 school instead. I figure, why not do it all. With my degree, I can enter as an officer, without starting off as a private. The Army will give me a chance to gain military experience, life skills, training with my degree, and an opportunity 2 c the world. After the Army, I’ll probably go back 2 school with something they call the G.I. Bill and this will pave the way for a Master’s Degree. I’m not in a rush 2 enter the work world, even though I’m already working 2 jobs. LOL I work 4 Career Services @ Fresno State helping people get jobs and we’ll just say my night job is fun. I want 2 have a resume people want 2 read. 2 b honest with u, a resume is only half the battle. I’ve been in interview panels where people know everything and they’ve done it all, but they are BORING. Personality and people skills will get u a lot further. Only 2 girls I’ll never question loving are my mom (going back 2 school @ 43 and probably doing better than me…I need say more) & my god-daughter/niece, Teela (she’s cute and beautiful, I call her cutiful) I promise you’ll grow up spoiled, but appreciative. My thing is 4get about the past ‘cause I never liked History in school, anyways. Don’t look 2 much into the future, ‘cause you’ll overwhelm yourself or end up disappointed. Worry about right now and 2day. U did that yesterday; great. U got plans 4 2mmorrow; perfect, but what are u doing 2day? It’s a dog-eat-dog world and I’m already full.
